It's happened to every club , particularly those in the position we're in (top four rather than title challengers). Liverpool themselves have had that happen with Suarez and Coutinho. Spurs with Berbatov, Bale and Carrick. If he has to go this summer he should priced accordingly (£150 million plus, if the Saudi deal for £200 million is real please let it be that)and hopefully we'll never be under these kind of PSR constraints again.
