My worry is that we could get a situation where the club wants to keep but Howe wants rid (I think it's very close to this tbh) which would cause trust issues between Howe and those above him.

He has already said that it’s not up to him. He may or may not like it, but he doesn’t own the club. I’m sure there will be zero problems about this. He will understand.
