Good! Even IF he leaves then this will help us getting the amount we want. Up to Liverpool if they want to pay 150m+. Walk away or pay up. He’s not for sale now.

According to a recently departed player, Isak downed tools after the final both in training and matches - he’s done here.

He also pulled out of both Liverpool and Arsenal away last season.

I’m astonished as he seemed a good egg.

It’ll be up there if not worse than Owen’s ovation when he comes back to SJP.

Shit-house.

I mean is there even a D grade Twitter source to reference for this? Or did Jeff down at the pub spread it around.  Cousins dog knows the kit mans ex wife you know.

Don't think I've ever held on to so much loathing of a player and football club as I do right now and not know where to put it.

I wouldn't mind if I saw us standing tall in the face of it all, but I feel like we've done nothing but capitulate and pander to it.

One thing's for sure, if the chips on our shoulders could be directly converted into positive energy we'd win everything this season.

I also can't over how much my feelings about him have changed. Not arsed he wants to it's totally understandable but like this? He can get fucked.

I don’t even care about the potential money and how it could help us and so on. This is a matter of principles. We stand our ground. It’s them and Isak who chose to go on about things this way.

My worry is that we could get a situation where the club wants to keep but Howe wants rid (I think it's very close to this tbh) which would cause trust issues between Howe and those above him.

Solved because there’s currently nobody above him

Seriously though, can’t see that, Howe will approach it with maturity (if true).

He has already said that it’s not up to him. He may or may not like it, but he doesn’t own the club. I’m sure there will be zero problems about this. He will understand.

Someone said earlier that they never warmed to him the way they did others and he never seemed as Invested as his teammates. Pretty much how I feel.

I mean, where has Sean shared this?

I'm not saying it's not plausible, but Isak and his camp have done enough verified bullshit throughout this whole saga that we don't need to make up things to feel enraged about.

Longstaff was/is pretty open with who he tells about what goes on at Newcastle

I could see, PIF are ruthless. They won't give a fuck if we end up having to sell him next summer for bugger all to.prove a point

We’ve been trying to get his replacement. Soon as that’s done he’s gone

He's being very diplomatic in public that's why, what happens behind the scenes will be different.

Yeah it's true looking back that's absolutely the case, but we fans we are always going to have a special relationship with strikers who bang them in.

Absolutely, it's very important to remember that what has always been touted is Eddie has the final say over transfers.

Find it funny how some people think it’s wrong of us to stand our ground and say that we should sell him and move on.

We would, if someone paid his market value or what we think is too good to turn down. Liverpool and Isak have played it ugly to get the price down, but that’s not our fucking problem. Pay up or shut up. It’s not a charity. Everyone knows that they won’t pay around 150m, that’s why they’ve tried the ugly way.
