Bring Celtic & Rangers into the English leagues, along with the Edinburgh clubs, and Aberdeen. Merge the Scottish Leagues with the Welsh Leagues, and possibly the Northern Irish leagues, to create a rest of Britain league. Although they aren’t anywhere near the level required so far, with their supporters bases, and with time, both Celtic and Rangers would become competitive in the Premier League. I don’t think people realise the issues that both the Glasgow and Edinburgh teams cause from a policing standpoint. English football has worked hard to get away from the 70’s and 80’s shit.
