Would definitely take him mind, I think he's going to have a big future. North Shields lad, he's got to be one of ours surely?

Maybe to replace Gillespie as a training keeper but he's not good enough for where we are as a club

Don Goodman “I’ve been impressed with Le Fe. His first time cross. You can see his quality.”

Hes done absolutely nothing and that first time cross he hoofed out of the stadium.

Managed 10 mins of it before switching over. That was beyond rubbish and an awful advertisement for the standard of the Championship considering that's 2 of the beat teams!

Like watching a different sport when compared to what we're watching every week.

You lot really watching sunderland burnley over Frankfurt Dortmund?

Started with Eintracht v Dortmund but thought I'd give Burnley v mackems a go since it's a top of the table clash. Won't be tuning back in for the 2nd half that's for sure [emoji38]

Ekitike looks handy for Frankfurt. Him signing for PSG feels like a proper sliding doors moment in hindsight.

He plays like a budget Isak - he's a pretty tidy player though.

Are Burnley on course for the most boring promotion ever? They've only scored 31 goals in 27 games this season and have had seven 0-0 draws this season. Admittedly they've only conceded 9 goals.

Ironically if they do get promoted, this defensive solidity will probably make them better next season compared to their attempt to stay up last season.

That's exactly why we were after him. We'd identified Isak as our #1 but he was going to be too expensive so we looked for similar profile players. Then Wilson got injured, Sociedad softened their stance, fast forward two and a half years and the best centre forward in the world is playing for Newcastle.
