It's undoubtedly geographically-speaking a derby but in terms of history and enmity, it's about as much a derby as Rochdale vs Blackburn

I know that north London is spicy and you get the odd spicy game with Millwall and... well everyone they play but London games are poor as piss to be called Derbys. Would have QPR, Brentford and Fulham as more logical bedfellows, with WHAM, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea being the historic rivalries in the PL era. I believe Chelsea and QPR have a thing (maybe more on the QPR side) and years back, Chelsea and Fulham given the proximity. Brentford are so recently in the PL, there's not much there but not speaking from experience like.

Edit - had to check my old tickets, it was actually January 88. Celtic won 2-0. Paul McStay was fantastic. Edited April 6 by LionOfGosforth
