Maybe they had to look into how much he interfered etc. Otherwise it seems mad that they took so long. Or maybe they spent time confirming that semi automated picked the correct player. 54 Posted April 29 Share Posted April 29 I've never really thought about it, but the way Arsenal do them deep free-kicks is actually really idiotic, by starting offside and then running into position it just allows the defense to step up a bit, or the free-kick taker to be slightly too early, and you have a goal disallowed.
