He had a stinker that day. Fought someone for the penalty then missed.  That was the end of him as a useful player. Bit weak mentally I guess.

The World Cup will suck next year if every other match is getting delayed 1 hour +. That Pachuca match yesterday was delayed for at least 2 hours. Not sure what a potential solution would be, perhaps play the matches much later, which would suck from a European perspective, but having breaks for longer than an actual match is no good for anyone.

Been to a pre season friendly at Palmeiras, they sang ‘fuck yourself referee’ for most of the game and the ref had to be walked off the field under police riot shields. Also nearly had a riot before KO because the turnstiles broke and nobody could get in.
