Luton going from top flight to non-league and back in about 35 years is some journey. Bet their fans have been through the lot.

Them and Leicester probably the most exciting teams to follow the last 15-20 years bar the mega clubs.

So nice not being involved at the bottom and can sit back, relax and watch it unfold.

Had a table booked at the local for 4pm, just rang up and said they won't be showing any football today....so now not sure what i'm doing for it.

Is that Stockport manager the fella who had a mammoth long throw in? Remember it causing carnage for us vs. Tranmere away in the FA Cup 1999/00

Dave Challinor is the Tranmere bloke but I don't know who manages Stockport

Yeah that's him. He won some competition for longest throw-ins back then.

Thought so!

A google search..

"previously held the world record for the longest throw in football. This was 152 feet (46.34 metres) in a special challenge set-up at Prenton Park in 1998, beating the previous record held by Cardiff"

46 metres [emoji38] I remember Delaps being flat and like a bullet, can't remember if Challinors were the same

It was aye. Main reason Tranmere were class in the cups for a while.

This could be anything from amazing (if Everton go down) to a total non-event (if Everton somehow go a couple of goals up early on).

As someone said earlier, that extra point they got gives a bit of room for manoeuvre.
