If we'd been doing it there'd have been an extraordinary Premier League board meeting, 3x full page newspaper spreads and the BBC website giving coverage for weeks about Newcastle's "dark arts" ruining the game. As well as a Panorama investigation about whether there were payments from Saudi Arabia to Rolex, who technically make clocks, which could be a major sign of corruption in the league.

If I had the time I would literally sit down and analyze every Liverpool second half so far, like how much time was wasted on various things, and compare the stoppage times that were given.[emoji38] There might be some kind of stats showing this.

Why can't the audience see the refs stoppage time watch in real time on the tele? Would instantly cut out all the nonsense, and we could also see when he stops it and when he doesn't. 

 

I mean, I know the answer obviously, but howay.
