Sibierski Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 Gordon is a switched on guy, he’ll know Barnes is in form and he’ll have to work for his spot back in side, and also he needs to add the finishing that Barnes is great at. Can you see any of those clubs signing Barnes for £40m+, tying him down at 29 on a 5 year deal as a first name on sheet? Nope. Albeit based on a small sample size. As if he could do a job that side. We’d have an even deadlier set of wingers/wide forwards.
