Its probably the "Not playing him", and easing him in, which has probably allowed him to get up to speed and produce these displays like.

Nah not in my opinion he was just not afforded the chance to get a run of games because howe loves Longstaff.

It's allways that. If he doesn't perform Howe was right. If he performes really well when given the start, Howe was also right. He just can't be wrong nomatter what outcome.

Tonali has started 7 of the last 11 Premier League games like.

Bruno, Hall, Isak, Livramento have all been eased in, there is more than enough evidence that he likes to do that, and each time it's proven the correct course of action.

As far as I know Tonali was an Italian international earlier in the season aswell. He has been playing like today for them for a while now. It's not like Hall, who was a 19 year old talent.

Some will probably try to tell you that Tonali is playing like this because Howe had him on the bench last few games, so this somehow proves that he managed him perfectly. As if he wasn't a good player before he was benched.

I called this a while ago btw.

It's more like knowing someone will desperately try to frame everything in a certain way having seen it before, so you know exactly what it's going to be. You're right though, it was predictable.

"Desperately" :lol:

Come on man, people can have different opinions to you, you don't need to be really condescending about it, personally I think you're wrong.

If Tonali does well after sitting on the bench, there was allways going to be someone trying to say that it was a result of him being benched. The thing is, maybe he would have played like this if we had given him the run earlier? I also think there has to be a distinction made for each case. For example the Hall and Livra situation was wildly different to the Tonali situation.

Was anyone saying that ? Can't say I noticed. I was wanting him played more but could understand why he didn't as it often didn't work, him and Bruno together that is.

There is a difference between "Being benched" and being eased in like, he started 7 of the last 11 Premier League games, and a couple of the game he didn't start we:

A) Won the game.

B) Was after a couple of games in a row where he played or an straight after an international break.

Just because you don't agree, doesn't mean its necessarily wrong.

Also, he's fucking quality.
