Got to bear in mind that any signing will be pre-Howe in terms of their development. Delap isn’t the finished article but he’s playing in a team that got relegated in November. We won’t know how good he really is until he’s been here a year.

Delap would easily become a 25+ a season striker under Howe.

Reminds me of 90s video game character favourite, haven’t seen him use his head as a whip yet so he loses points for that

Not sure Eddie could actually considerably improve the players touch and ball skills but I'm sure he could improve his effectiveness within games.
