Ellis H
Got to bear in mind that any signing will be pre-Howe in terms of their development. Delap isn’t the finished article but he’s playing in a team that got relegated in November. We won’t know how good he really is until he’s been here a year. Menace
Delap would easily become a 25+ a season striker under Howe.

Lots of effort and good physicality though. Eddie how would take Delap to a whole new level, would be class.

Not sure Eddie could actually considerably improve the players touch and ball skills but I'm sure he could improve his effectiveness within games. Some of the times we've all seen him we'll be judging from the spells at Ipswich, no disrespect, but a weighted pass from Bruno compared to some of their cloggers would improve anyone's touch, your game improves from coaching, personsl development, and working with better players in a better environment, debatable it'll all be down to Eddie, but he'd definitely fit and bags of potential, I remember a while back many claiming the striker at Brighton was going to be the next big thing, I never saw it tbh, but Delap I instantly see he's got something, and room to progress. Whitley mag
Trafford Huijsen/Thiaw Lamine Camara/Andrey Santos Mbuemo Another top drawer central midfielder is vital when you rely on playing 3 and competing in Europe. Come round to the idea that Mbuemo can cover across front 3 and Osula is going to be a superstar.
LFEE
Can see Trafford coming. Feels a good fit unless someone blows our agreement out the water and turns his head. Wasn’t overly impressed with Delap. Was interesting that the Ipswich fans in the pub all preferred his backup 🤷🏼♂️ Thiaw an interesting one. Seen very little of him. How’s his fitness and form been? Still think Mbuemo will be too pricey and a year or two too old whilst not improving us that much. Would like to think our sights are set a little younger and cheaper with potentially more upside.
