If we get Wissa for 40m I’d like to get Jackson too for 60m. That three has got it all, height pace poaching pressing etc. Probably unlikely we get both but we’d be way better off shipping Osula out on loan as he’s not ready. Three good strikers as opposed to one great one is a better position overall. Two good ones is a bit meh and we’re worse off.

We won't get Jackson for 60m.

Unless Chelsea sign another striker they won't let Jackson go for cheap.

Would probably need 80m+ to get Jackson.

They almost loaned him to Bayern for €15m plus €80m option to buy and sell-on clause a few days ago.

Why would they offer a more favorable term to a direct competitor when they are short of strikers now?

This is the only thing which makes me ok with selling Isak and overpaying for Wissa. I am quite optimistic that Woltemade could become the next Isak anyway, if in a slightly different way.

Aye that's a wrap. Our 25 man squad is full now as well. If the Osula to Villa talk happens then that would free a squad space and would be nice to get another midfielder in

We really do still need a goal contributing midfielder in my opinion.

I don't see Woltemade banging in loads of goals in his first season and Wissa has only proven he can do it for a season & a half... We continue to lack creativity and goal scoring options from midfield... Frattesi would be perfect.

Tbh I think we are not deep at all in midfield, I would like us to sign one more CM, but I think that is highly unlikely to happen

A loan with option/obligation to buy for another CM would be ideal. Joelinton, Ramsey and Willock all have their issues with injuries, Miley is still very raw and we need to do our best to preserve Bruno & Tonali as much as possible.

We should have loads left in the kitty really , 85 million net spend which was probably less than we could have spent this summer even without the Isak sale. PSR certainly shouldn't be hampering us anytime soon.
