A RW, Striker and CB are the priority though

Yeh they are, but with more fixtures next year and a high pressing game that's more often than not won in midfield, we need to ensure we're injury and fatigue proof.

Lose Tonali for example, and we become far more vulnerable on the counter, which changes the entire dynamic of the game no matter how good the other 10 players are.

I do love it when Journalists start talking about swap deals, I swear in the Premier League, it literally never happens

Under PSR swap deals are dead.

If it happened (god forbid it did), they sign Isak for £250m and we sign Quansah and Kelleher for £50m each. Helps both parties with PSR.

They’ll go through the books separately, but Anderson and the Greek were in effect a swap plus cash deal. Chelsea have done them too. If someone like Everton or Nottingham are up against PSR in June there could be another swap - maybe the Greek fella fancies a new club

Trafford is going to cost us well north of 20 M this summer.

Heujsen would be a great immediate buy for 40M

Mbuemo would then be the icing on the cake @ 50M

The rest up and coming youngsters...

With the players leaked in the press this is probably the best outcome. Hope we come up with a Tonali out of the blue signing.

This would be such a sneaky good signing, for significantly less than the more popular names doing the rounds. Only just turned 23 this year too. Has had a really good season.

He would be a backup striker too. I wonder why he plays on the left wing so much?

Yeah, he looks very comfortable right, left and upfront. Seems to have gone up a level this season, but has gone under the radar a bit as he's still young and gets rotated in and out with Tavernier and Semenyo, as well as going upfront when Evanilson was injured.

Would be a good time to go for him if the reports are true.

IMO our priorities should be 1st choice GK, 1st choice RCB, 1st choice RW, and backup striker. Assuming nobody is sold, and the ones whose contracts are expiring can leave (Wilson, Lascelles, Ruddy, etc.). Give Schar a 1-year extension to be the backup RCB.
