Can anyone think of any examples where succession planning for keepers has worked? It’s one of those positions where you just get the best you can and stick with it. He'd not demand to be our number 1, he'd not cost a fortune and he'd have the potential to become our number 1 or develop enough for us to get our money back. The 30th June thing was only speculated about IIRC, Trafford had been mentioned but we were linked with Marmadashvili again just 2 days ago and Trafford was never explicitly said to be our main target.
