splinter Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 Alot of media are saying Eddie should change the backroom team but I cant see that happening. Himself and JT have been together from the beginning at Bournemouth and he wouldn't go to celtic without his backroom team.They have contributed in winning the cariboo Cup and getting to champions league twice and keeping us up.think its very unfair gor people to be asking what they do and saying change them. He doesn't need to get rid of Tindall but he inherited Graeme Jones, and I'm not saying he should get rid of him but there is no harm in adding to the coaching staff, someone with fresh ideas, a different voice to challenge the existing coaching staff Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am sure i read when he was asked he did the usual Eddie of agreeing in principal but said sorry to paraphrase we challenge eachother it's not 1 voice. Still i do feel the approach/playbook has become stale and fresh voice may well be an alternative than sacking the setup and starting from scratch. Changing the background team is something EH confirmed he’d consider but that doesn’t mean he’d eject JT. Most likely Bonna I’d imagine or hire an additional coach.
