It depends whether the referee thought it was an attempt to play the ball.  If they do, it's a yellow and pen.

Yes, which is why I'm saying it should have been a red card. He had absolutely no chance of reaching the ball.

I'm not sure it was a pen either. I'm saying that if the ref deemed it a pen it should have been red.

Looked back and just hand on back with no force clear dive. Terrible reffing yes if was foul should be red but was no more a foul than it was a unicorn.
