Mole
The only reason the price is a discussion is because Bayern are being obnoxiously loud about it as far as I’m aware. Nobody else really cares. The biggest team in Sweden I guess don’t have quite the same sour grapes as Rumenigge etc

The biggest team in Sweden I guess don’t have quite the same sour grapes as Rumenigge etc The main transfer journos allways quote our price higher at first aswell, and then everyone only remember the wrong and inflated price. They did it for Hall, Isak (when he came to us), Tonali and now Wolte. Other fans thinks it's €90m.. Edited October 6, 2025 by Erikse

He's 4 years older than Wolte, cost £5m less, and doesn't look like he is doing that much outside of the goals. He has only scored against Leeds and Forest at home so far. Yet I see way more talk about how much Newcastle paid for Wolte. I don’t know to what extent that’s happening/not happening but there are a significant amount of Arsenal-supporting journalists and pundits out there, as there are with Liverpool. We’ll just have to hate them more and call them out more vocally in response. I’m fine with that.

LFEE
Basing your answers off the infamous N-O metric of players A,B,C,D is this the first season in a while where there seems to be no A’s in this division? Haaland I guess the one that comes the closest but he’s very service reliant and still has a lot of technical rough edges. Scouring the teams in the division is there anyone really much greater than a B this season amongst the squads? Feels a very even league overall. Fak
Is Rodri not an A? Assuming once he's back up and running as he was before his injury.

He’s been out injured that long I’d kinda forgotten about him.
Colos Short and Curlies
Allison?

Again injured more and more of late it seems over last 18 months but certainly an A in GK department in his day. Like Rodri he’ll be searching for form this season. Fak
Id probably say Saliba is the next closest for someone who's not been injured and not currently out of form
janpawel
Haaland is absolutely in the top tier of whatever football ranking that is used
SteV
There is definitely a Liverpool player that everyone would have considered ‘A’ until very recently. And I don’t mean Van Dijk. edit - Saka? Palmer? Reaching a bit perhaps. Edited October 21, 2025 by SteV

Atleast not more than other strikers. He has been banging them in at all clubs and country, even before Nusa came along for Norway. Didn't need any time to gel with his teammates at Dortmund or City, he was breaking records already from the first few games. As long as the service isn't horrible (any striker would hate that), then he will score loads. He is making it easy for his teammates to assist just as much as they are making it easier for him to score, if not easier. He'd score loads for the mid table sides aswell. Less service, but he's insane on the counter. He's not the best dribbler, but I see no reason at to why dribbling skills should count more than all other qualities. He's not a winger. Mbappe is weaker and way worse in the air. Edited October 21, 2025 by Erikse

The Prophet
"I've looked when we had a few days off at how many long balls we already had to defend - 178 in seven games and then United came and we had to defend 59 long balls. That's different from the first half of last season. The way to unlock it is a moment of magic, which we had in the first half of last season a lot with Mo [Salah], or a set-piece, which we had at Frankfurt as well, because that again was a low block. But two set-pieces unlocked the game for us." Slot not being rattled again.
1892er
I didn't think it was possible to be more loathsome than Klopp but Baldy's definitely surpassed him. What a whinging cunt.

Wolfcastle
Liverpool want to tie other clubs hands behind their backs financially off the park and those same clubs to make it easier for them on the park. Tied up and pissed on like some sort of gimp is how they expect other clubs to be. Make it a level playing field and he'll find teams will take them on in different ways. In fact he'll probably end up the long ball c*nt since any c*nt can pose managing Feyenoord and Liverpool

Anyways, on the long ball comments, isn't Slut the one who complained about us doing it when his team made more of them in our match against them? Arrogant little round headed tosspot, hope it goes downhill this season for them, him and all their plastics.
