we were so impressive across the two games against Arsenal to get here

seems a long time ago now but hoping the team can use that to give them some belief

on their day they can give anyone a game

Wham game feels like a bit of a distraction but that could also be a good thing

the long waiti is actually

torture

People need to save themselves for the game as well, too many imo will be out for too long before it.  Yes have a couple of drinks but need to keep your energy for the game.

Like that boxpark opening up at 8:30 FFS, you need your head checking if your going at that time.

Exactly this. I'm getting an early night Saturday and arriving Sunday morning. Get some food and start drinking at lunchtime.

Join the NUST. They’ve arrange a load of events for Saturday and Sunday including watch along’s.

Also remember for your mate there’s a ban on anyone showing football on match day 1.5 mile radius of Wembley.

Is that standard for finals? What’s the logic? Just to try to manage how densely populated it is in that small area?

Since the Euros fiasco. All games at Wembley. Applied even to Gateshead when I went! It’s a pain.

Worth remembering Bruno was missing in the first leg too. We can perform without one of our key players.

Not disagreeing but like every game at top level it’s all about taking your chances.

Arsenal we took 2 out of 2 chances away and thinking back 2 out 4 at home with Isak offside and Gordon open goals counting against us.

Isak or Schars goals stand, Willock buries header or Burn his shot at end and it’s a completely different game and outlook.

Same possibly if Wilson opened the scoring against Liverpool last week.

Fans get too high and low at times when ultimately you are following a team in a sport with such tiny margins most of the time.

interesting that PSG have won their last 10 games, as well as 19 of their last 20

also unbeaten since November, scoring for fun, and Dembele in the best form of his career

hopefully they'll be able to soften up this Liverpool team and dent their confidence ahead of the final

however I'm not sure which is better for us:

Liverpool get eliminated and then more motivated to bounce back by winning the LC

or Liverpool progressing and being even more full of confidence?

must be fun being a Liverpool fan

Liverpool have three matches before the final to our one. Things may change regarding player availability. I think two hard games against PSG but ultimately going through might be best. They could have more focus on the greater trophy but I get that it also raises their, already high, confidence.

I'm still jealous of those receiving tickets today.

I can see it now - we're 3-0 up late on and Putin fires a nuclear missile - WORLD OVER!

A handful of makems survive the thermonuclear blast and immediately start partying in the streets because the dreaded Mags didn't get to win a cup

Best day of their lives

Tickets arrived. No names on them or owt.

Entry time slots? Woke.

That is true that there are no names on them.

My sons ticket has got "concession" stamped onto it (he is classed as a Young Person)

Also been absolutely zero communication that ID is required, so anyone that is using someone else’s ticket needn’t worry as long as there’s no concession mismatch.

Only difference this time to last time is concession had been stamped on tbe concession tickets. Last time it was a "C" written in biro which was easy to rub out.

Ha ha I forgot about that!

100% correct.  My mate used my dads ticket because he was too unwell to travel.

We carefully tippex'd out the "C"

In the end no-one checked, they were more interested in making sure we were not smuggling in anything to eat or drink....  I had a bottle of water taken by the door steward, he said I can easily buy water in the stadium!

I think that is to do with the chaos at the Euros...  :D
