People aren't actually expecting him to be involved against Leeds surely? He's probably not even going to be able to train, let alone work on all the pressing triggers and patterns of play etc

Ten minutes at the end unless we're drawing I think.

It's football, not brain surgery. Hoy him in from start imo.

He will play if he gets signed in time.

Looks like a #10 in most of his clips.

He’s definitely not your traditional target man, guess his size will make people misunderstand for a few weeks.

Also think Eddie will have him on the Joelinton diet and he’ll get a lot more comfortable battering defenders.

FWIW there are a few good headers on his highlights as well.

Ideally I probably would give him the 9 shirt unless he really wants it.

Tbf he doesn't seem to shy away from the physical challenge at all. Seems to enjoy the whole back to goal and bringing people in part.

That's a different skillset than being good at scoring with your head.

What an unbelievable signing. I saw him at the Under 21s, and I've just checked out a Youtube compilation.

He's immensely strong. Defenders were grabbing his shirt, his arms, his shoulders, doing everything but shoot him, and he was just shrugging them off. He was literally head and shoulders above everyone with his headed goals - he'll be great in combination with Elanga and Gordon. For a big lad, he's got very quick feet, and he can shoot. He's even got pace.

I think he'll prove to be a better signing than any of the strikers that we missed out on. All round, he may turn out to be better than Isak.

The name Woltemade is a Low German form of the name Woltemate, which means "light-hearted" or "of a good disposition." It originates from Germany and is connected to the Germanic words for "well" or "good" and "mind" or "disposition."

Isak, on the other hand, means 'frickin' arsehole'

"Walter Mitty" it is then (for me.)
