Nate
Krul Joins Falkirk In Loan Deal DUTCH goalkeeper Tim Krul has joined Scottish Premier League side Falkirk on loan until January 1. The 19-year-old has appeared once for the Magpies first-team, picking up the man-of-the-match award after a match-winning performance in the 1-0 victory against Palermo last season. Skirge
Great stuff, they had better look after him though, best young keeper in the world and will be a perfect replacement for Shay when he retires..

Dr Spectrum
He should play, we sent Kasper Schmeichel up there on loan for the 2nd half of last season and they gave him 15 games.

Nicky
It is a very good move. He needs proper games, and providing theres no injurys to Shay/Harper, I imagine it'll be turned into a full season long loan. Will look forward to seeing him in action

Guest stb654
Nice.. Krul is a bright prospect for the future.. Hope he does well at Falkirk. I would rather have him as our replacement to Given than Harper
STM
Good move, will also make him appreciate Newcastle more when he comes back. are you saying he doesn't at the moment? Nope just that experiance at a smaller club will prevent him from becoming to big for his boots, regardless of whether hes that kind of lad (which i dont think he is). I would rather have him as our replacement to Given than Harper considering Harper is what? 31? that wasn't very likely was it?
