They get rid of Smith and replace him with Tevez, making a 4m profit in the process..?

They're paying 10m to loan him for 2 years with a option to buy him for 20m at the end of the loan.

Who are they paying? West Ham, MSI or Corinthians?

Man U are paying MSI to loan him from them, MSI paid West Ham 2m so they would release him.

Corinthians have never owned him.

Blatantly a fudge to disguise the fact that WH did enter into an illegal agreement with MSI, which they obviously couldn't have 'torn-up' without the agreement of Joorbachian.

Not that I care where Tevez ends up, but I just hate the fact that everyone is acting like this is above board when it's clearly just as dodgy as it was when the league fined them in the first place.
