Nobody
Is it crazy that I would actually love it if we signed him up for a 10 year deal?
AyeDubbleYoo
I would be prepared to offer him the first ever 20 year deal TBH. With guaranteed OBE at the end of it.

Mick
for someone who's done his cruciate in last week in thought he was excellent on Saturday. It's amazing to think how good he could have been without it.
ponsaelius
Is it crazy that I would actually love it if we signed him up for a 10 year deal? Roma gave Totti a new 10 year contract at the start of last season. 5 years as a player than 5 years as a club ambassador.

JH
Enrique's quite an attack-minded full back, is there any wonder?
madras
At least Allardyce played him. after how long, and seemingly begrudgingly.

Guest firetotheworks
Enrique was starting when he first arrived. He was 'eased in', as in he wasn't really played.

So how is that him starting when he arrived? Arrived at fitness. Show me he had an injury. Iirc he played in some nothing match and then didn't play again until the end of September. Allardyce went on about how he was young and new to the pace of the league so he wanted to protect him.
Ronaldo
I cannot. I just seem to remember he had some niggle with his fitness early-on and being very glad to see him start in that game against Everton (3-2) in which Alan Smith looked like Drogba. Andy
Think KI and Madras are right here like. Allardyce constantly told us that Enrique needed easing in - there are probably quotes in the early pages of this thread.
Nobody
Yeah, I remember him being "eased in" as well. I was at the West Ham game in late September and I know N'Zogbia got two assists from his LB position in that game.
