Honestly, I can see Chelsea playing there full time. Does England need a national stadium for Rugby? We have this debate over football, let alone Rugby. How many times a year is it used? Chelsea buying the place and making it a multi-purpose venue would likely be the best scenario for both the RFU, and Chelsea.

Not seen it with Rigg as he's looked poor whenever I have seen him. I appreciate he's still a bairn though.
