I don’t think the annals of NUFC history will be good to Mitchell.
-
With all due respect, I shared exactly what I was told by people who had first hand information. Guehi WAS telling our players that he was joining imminently. Obviously I don’t have control over negotiations so I can only share what I know.
-
Let’s see what financial shenanigans the broke cunts pull in order to buy/register him.
-
Don’t worry about that ceiling Jurgen. FSG, the Kroenke’s (not the Krankies) and the Glazers fixed it for us with reinforced titanium. And pulled the ladder up whilst they were at it.
-
It’s so weird that you deal with a player now before doing a deal with their club. Sure the other way around makes more sense.

Paul Mitchell - Leaves Club (Hope); No He Hasn't (Edwards)

Interesting that it's Nickson who pushed for Cordero and Salia according to this article. Think most of us had assumed they were Mitchell signings. -
It does seem that any foreign targets are being quoted at similar prices to the premier league ones.
-
Or like us Klopp specifically named us along with City as one of the clubs poor little scrappy Liverpool could never dream of keeping up with. "I heard now that at Newcastle somebody [sporting director Dan Ashworth] said 'there is no ceiling for this club'. Yes! He is right. He is absolutely right. There is no ceiling for Newcastle. Congratulations, but some other clubs have ceilings!"

I like Vicario, he’s always involved in some action -

Ridiculous, he’ll never come by rocket. -
Didn't Liverpool just buy Wirtz for stupid money? Do they even have any leeway? I was under the impression from what Klopp said a while ago that they're just a small local family club and they have zero hopes of ever spending money like PSG and City.

I really don’t know what to think about Elanga. But I know he runs a lot and is very fast, so presumably out coaching can take him up another level.
-
On the basis I feel Monaco would be asking the same for Akliouche as Forest would for Elanga (circa £50m reportedly), Elanga probably feels like the safer option. Would be very pleased with either though. Kudus looks good too but West Ham are in a position to ask even more given how much they paid for him.

Be a Mum that hedgehog, more than likely, grabbing some scran before getting back to the brood. Fair doos on the other, incidental, stuff 😉
-
Ok but answer me this....have you ever seen him and Mitchell in the same room at the same time?
-
Let's not lump on to @Shadow Puppetslads he's just sharing what he gets. He's got no responsibility or control over what does or doesn't happen.
-
We really need a signing.

Morning to you too Hog, not feeling the need for people to be allowed an alternative view? The comment is more in relation to squaring off the club’s constant briefing about the “Saudi Tax” and stated desire to build a squad, with simultaneously shopping heavily in the £60m Harrods league of transfer pools. I back Eddie to get it right with the players he does bring in but I do have a fear that unless we’re *slightly* more creative with squad strengthening, we’re going to run out of puff in December / January again like 23/24 due to spinning the budget wholly on 2-3 players. Plenty of time in the window yet and hopefully they’ll pull some £25m overseas league wonders out the bag to be the next Bruno’s and Big Joe’s. P.s - snapped one of your pals this morning on the dog walk - first I’ve seen down this way that hasn’t been mullered on a road:

Ah, so it wasn't a wind up? I'm just confused as to how this "lazy" "non-exiting" scouting network found Isak, Bruno, Tonali, Minteh, Osula, Cordero, Shahar, Salia etc etc if they only "target EPL experience"?? I mean it's a ridiculous conclusion to come to, especially when you've no idea who we're actually scouting and ignore the links to foreign players anyway. ps morning comrade

Why anyone at the top level would want Vicario is beyond me. -
Will all due respect Shadow Puppets you basically lead us down the river last summer regarding Guehi so I don't take anything you say as facts. I'm stating if we are simply targeting just EPL players then the scouting is lazy.
