I think he's a great player I really do. I think he doesn't need to drop as deep as he does however, he looks absolutely knackered. Multiple times there was a cross in the box and he was a good 15 yards away. I'm sure Howe will instruct him to use his energy better and not drop as deep as he does. Him and Thiaw have probably been the only positives of our season so far.

It took Iraola about 2 seasons before it started firing for him at Bournemouth, would a new manager even get that much time? I don't think a new manager is the answer at all, it'll just be a conveyor belt of "we need a rebuild" - these are his players, he will work it out. My problem is that he doesn't seem to learn from some of his flaws that he's been doing year on year.
