I guess I do see the sky falling though Luca! Cant see us getting owt against Chelski,Stoke,Spurs or Pompey personally..all performing better than us, all playing with more confidence and fight and with managers who know what theyre doing, and a better home record than us in the case of Stoke. Only Boro game that Im truly confident about....Fulham well if they perform like they did yesterday. Honetsly can only get us to 33 points (35 at a push) looking at what we have left, confidence,all the manager and ownership shennanigans and generally how shite weve been all season.... Ive never felt so sure that we will go down as I do now, even in some of the previous wobbly seasons, this one just seems inevitable to me...

Have to say I have sneaky feeling for Cardiff too... and a very good and astute question in the first place... It will be very relevant to us- exactly who we are competing with to get out of the division next season..personally I hope Brum do go up mainly to get rid of an extra bit of competition for us. Its gonna be hard enough for us without any of the bigger teams failing to get out of the Championship this season.IMO.

Not gonna hold my breath put it that way. Maybe the odd cup run for us to look forward to in the next decade or so but even then our track record is pretty crap in finals. In all honesty Im in the "not gonna see us win anything in my lifetime" camp. However as we all know expect the unexpected with NUFC..... so maybe back to back league titles and a European Cup then! Bruce, but realistically he would be mad to leave Wigan/Whelan for us at present. If we go down, Martinez, Darren Ferguson or Johnson (sp) would do me. For the rebuilding phase of our club.Actually they would do for me if we stay up and funds are available.

Plenty of young ambitious managers from the lower leagues would jump at the chance...of course that takes an owner with foresight and vision to appoint such a man, and the will and desire to back him, not with stupid money but at least with some funds.
