Detest the old twat too. Hope he finds a pube floating in his half time pint, detects a distinctly salty flavour on his burgers mayonaisse at half time ( to see a bloke giving him the "magic the beans" wrist action as he glances to the burger bar). Hope a little black cloud magically hovers above his head for the entire match, spraying him with cold, dank drizzle for the full 90 + minutes. Detestable cunt....maybe a slip as he inevitably goes up the steps to collect his losers medal, falls in agony several hundred feet, sliding in dogs muck (inadvertently pooped there a few minutes earlier,by a pack of dobbermans, so its nice n hot n steamy)....

QPR vs Newcastle Utd - 12/05/13 @ 3pm (No TV) - a win confirms safety

An away win, in London, under a bit of pressure...........Not putting owt on that. -
So it should be with all the s**** on it this season.

Good bit of sensible business by Manure imo. Long term planning. No way can he match the unparalelled success of Ferguson....(can he!). But barring that I see more continued trophies for them, one/two every second year type of thing, rather than the trophy fest they've had. Other short term managers (Mourinho et al) would have brough them same success , probably, but this avoids having to chop and change every 24-36 months. Everton: Martinez seems obvious. Wigan going down...we hope, so seems natural timing for him to move. has shown he can operate in relatively restricted financial terms, which seems to be Evertons plans too: sensible outlay to provide realistic chance of top 5-6. Laudrup could be good shout, just not sure he wont go somewhere "bigger" if he leaves our beloved friends at Swansea. helping to make next season a darn sight more interesting all this anyway...just hope we are around to participate...and with a new manager too.

Still worried. Pardew will now think playing for a draw at QPR is sensible. Harry will utter stuff about showing respect to league etc: We have to be on it from the start. Can easily see us fucking this up. Massive chance for us, massive. But...................

Same division as Yeovil (potentially)...I feel sick.

Thats the main thing for me, In all reality, many of us will never see us winning anything. So many clubs in our postion too. OK a cup maybe, here and there but realistically thats what we can hope for, at best. When you see the dominance of the richer and "bigger" teams it just gets you disillusioned. Barring an "abrahomvic" or "citeh" style takeover so many clubs with very proud histories and support have been consigned to the history books in terms of realistically winning league titles. Sad. One of the reasons I despise the CL format, the downgrading of the UEFA cup etc...perpetual dominance by the few. Football has lost so much for me.. Not NUFC, football generally.

This would seem to make perfect sense wouldnt it............ Not a fucking chance of happening then.

Nail your colours to the mast - where will we finish?

LOL I assumed when i did the predictor thingy we stayed up cos of the head to heads? Still the 1 nil against them has kept us up, or at least helped...in my imaginary world. Of course when we hump QPR and the Arse then its all immaterial. -

17th Same points as Norwich. Same goal difference as Norwich. Thank fook for the two results against them...... -
Oh FFS

They'll have more of them next year. Thought that loophole was getting closed by FA? If it does they'll sign them permanently. They started already in January by signing Forestieri permanently. Doesn't really matter to Pozzos whether the players go there on loan or on permanent basis, they're still their players. Fair dos...Watford up in play off then . want us nowhere near this division. madness utter madness. Not good for anyones health this stuff....

Watford won't be same force next season. Not without the Italian loans. Good result this...in case we end up down.
-
This division will be a sodding nightmare next season. Christ on a bike we have to avoid relegation.....

Up to a 7 from 5 after the debacles of late. Looking less of a cohesive unit than both Villa and Wigan. Getting worried QPR game is why I'm not above a 7 though...
-
Cheers for that.Very interesting data. Despite us having been utter crap for large swathes of my lifetime, surprisingly positive results in some respects for us. Imagine if we only had a board/owners as forward thinking as Liverpools in the 50s/60s. What potential we had....and still have.
