A lot of foul throws happen when a player tries to throw it too short a distance. One of the reasons for the form being the way it is, I imagine, is to force a minimum distance. Another is players having a foot leave the ground. You're supposed to keep both feet planted. Yeah, that would make a difference.

Absolutely. They've been terrible for a while. There must be a few factors... They have them sitting behind the adboards nowadays, they seem to be such younger kids or what they teach them must be at fault. Or it's probably a mixture of all three. The indecisiveness or complete lack of reaction sometimes is very frustrating.

There's too much interfering with the actual play as it is. Keep tributes for before the match, or a good old minute's silence/applause depending on circumstances.
