Absolutely Unless they've got a deal set up for a young prospect to come in for a few quid then I can't see how this leaves us in a stronger position.
-
I think that's highly unlikely chap

Let's just ask Leicester if we can just loan him for a year paying them £1.5m loan fee with an option to buy him for £8m in June. Wonder what they'd say?
-
Dropping a single place down the league is worth far more than the loan fee muted. This means we're constantly crossing our fingers nothing happens to Pope for the next 34 games as the backup is now awful. But hey, at least Man U have solved their problem. No problem with Man U asking (bet they're pissing themselves), no problem with Dubravka asking for a move either (it happens, no biggy) but it now leaves us short and taking a risk that is absolutely needless. All for about a million or 2. Is it worth it? Is it fuck, it's a mistake.
-
Awful decision from whoever rubber stamped this tbh. Essentially doing Man U a favour whilst simultaneously creating a new problem for ourselves in the process for a negligible amount of cash. If they wanted him then they should have bought him outright. It'll definitely come back to bite us on the arse before the end of the season too as Darlow is a liability. Poor

And the hits just keep ooooonnn comin'
-
He's still 4 solid goalscoring seasons away though. I know it doesn't sound much but scoring 18+ a year on the bounce once you hit 30 years old isn't easy imo. I'd rather he didn't obviously but if he does then you've got to tip your hat and congratulate him massively.
-
If ever there was a game to keep him on the bench it was that one. Clear as day they were outclassed so they resorted to being overly physical to even it out a bit. He watched them break Lascelles' nose, snap Krafth's knee, attempt to break Darlow's leg in the previous 80 mins, what the fuck was he thinking bringing him on? That's turned out to be a very costly mistake, I know players can get injured in any game but knowingly throwing him into that situation was foolish. 15 points to play for before the International break ffs
-
Mowbray's got 15th written all over him. If Stewart decides he's had enough of the place too then they'll struggle badly without his goals as there's not much else after that.

Was it Krul who gave it the old 'beat those people?' to someone?

Bet Norwich can't believe their luck The rage and fewm will be superb tomorrow

Wonder if they're keeping tabs on Tielemans? His price has to be dropping by the day until he goes
-
At least he'll be in Episode 1 I suppose
-
It's done then. When does this ever happen and the manager stays where he is and turns them down? The utter morons, they're fucking useless man
-
Obvious question for me is why would you allow your manager to speak to another club if you wanted to offer him a new deal to keep him? Surely you sort it out there and then and get it done to nip it in the bud. Unless there are other issues behind the scene...
-
Shouldn't be a problem, none of the fuckers wanted him in January. They had their hearts set on Keano, Neil was chopped liver a few months ago.
