Can't help but feel this problem could be solved if he filmed himself when he's not surrounded by hundreds of football fans who've had a drink and want to be on one of his videos. Just a hunch like

Wonder how much Frenkie is thinking about asking for this week? They'll be on the phone as we speak

Man U are all over the place, there's no structure or shape, Brighton are just passing it between them and into space. It's brilliant

Christ, this is awful

Has Sancho even touched the ball yet?

Not going to give them the 'plucky underdog' shit or patronise them either - they're currently substandard even after they've thrown nearly £100m at the team. They were overrun and dominated from start to finish and barely put up a fight, if they don't improve dramatically then they'll be down by April. That's the brutal honest truth and while I like the fact the club is back in the top flight after being away for far too long they'll be going straight back down unless they get much better really quickly

(still) offers nothing at all, the only thing he did today was chase shadows for 90 mins. Still hides, still a cunt.

Utter domination. Never looked in doubt at any stage in the game from first whistle to last and could easily have been 4 or 5 had the finishing been better. Couldn't have asked for a better start to the season and it was a potential banana skin of a game

Wood on. Ultimate slap in the face

Imagine how shit Forest were before they dropped £100m on this squad. This needs to be a wake-up call for them
-
The worry is they hang on for another 20 minutes then bring 5 fresh players off the bench and it ends up 0-0. Or worse.

Need to get more bodies in the box, they're camped out on their 18 y line and it's essentially a back 7 we're trying to break through. Been some pretty football and nice passes into the box but there's normally only 1 or 2 to pick out with the cross and about 8 red shirts. Need to find a solution

Tricky pinning it down to a League position imo. Could end up in 12th but with more points than last season etc. Think it's probably better to break it down a bit more and look for improvements in all areas really. Last season we went 13W 10D 15L to give us 49 points - don't think it's at all unreasonable to aim for 60 points this season. We basically had to write off the first dozen games under the previous fuckwit, likewise I think Howe's run for the last 19 games was overachieving a bit, we edged a lot of games by a single goal in that run. So if we're aiming for 60 points then I reckon that 16W 12D 10L is probably the about the target. Last season we scored only 44 and conceded 62 and as it stands right now (opening day) I don't see too many goals in the team, nudging maybe 50ish but I do think we're much better defensively so I'd like to bring the goals conceded down a lot, I want us fucking miserly so anything in the high 40s would be really good. I'd also like to see a bit more possession and be a bit more creative but we need better players for that right now. I went 12th as a minimum. We shouldn't be aiming for 12th and it would be disappointing but anything lower than that would be really really poor but we might get a flood of injuries and shit can go sometimes go sideways. Cups are more difficult but if we see ourselves as one of the best few clubs in the country then we should be aiming for about QF as a minimum as we should be in the final 8 regardless of which clubs are left in it if that's where we see our position in the pyramid. I think we'll actually finish 8th or 9th. The best we can hope for is 7th but I think West Ham have that sewn up as we speak but overall progress in lots of areas is what I'm after, not necessarily just as high up the League as possible.

It could easily go to 5000+ and he'll be blissfully ignorant as to the reasons why The bigger the number the greater the embarrassment tbh
-
Into 13/5 and 9/1 respectively already
-
Colback yellow is 11/4. Nailed on if he starts

I'd imagine it'll run 'til at least 2026 or maybe a year later? The actual length of it isn't that important though tbh, it's the fact he's committed his future to the club on the eve of the season. It's also a sign that the stuff going on behind the scenes is clear and organised and putting the structures in place that we need are happening, people just need to be a bit patient, it'll come.

So the area on both sides of the River Wear is Wearside right back to the source of the river? Bit like the Gambia then?

In which case the lawyers take over and look for inconsistencies in the interpretation and applications of the rules. Let's see how that plays out

Everton are the obvious example. Their 'covid losses' were ridiculous.

Sticking rigidly to FFP when other clubs are casually giving it the V's as they ride by laughing at it is going to get annoying sooner or later. Other clubs don't give the first fuck about it, why do we? Doing things by the book is admirable. And it'll also take us twice as long to get where we want to be.
