  1. Straight from the Charlie Hughes coaching manual. POMO and all that fucking nonsense
  2. Could have scored 20 or conceded 15 and I still wouldn't have given a fuck. If others are getting something positive out of NUFC these days then good for them. It's just another game, just another result (albeit a good one) for this zombie club - plodding on but heading nowhere slowly.
  3. Soft cunts. Never even got close enough to get booked
  4. Need a Wolves goal, 2 Wolves bookings and 3 Wolves corners for a daft 25/1 to come in. Wolves.
  5. Sure Steve's called upon his vast knowledge of Udine before he's come out with that drivel today. Knows his stuff does Brucey
  6. That’s not true at all like - handball (for a defending team) is one of the clearest and easiest rules to interpret. It clearly defines handball offence as needing to be deliberate. Unless a player’s hand/arm is moved into the ball (rather than the other way round), it’s never a penalty. The attacking teams/goals disallowed is a load of bollocks mind. Yeah. I’ve always known it as ball to hand or hand to ball. I thought it changed a year or so ago so any defending touch on the ball had to be a pen? Having just re-read the IFAB rules... This is apparently the law in question: Therefore now (because of VAR), if the ball ever touches your hand/arm and it’s even a cm away from your body, it’ll be a pen. Because it’s impossible not to make your body unnaturally bigger as soon as your arm moves away from it As someone said, just kick the ball into someone’s hand, it’s an immediate pen unless they have their arm alongside their body. At least it makes/keeps VAR relevant - the important thing. That's what I thought originally It's a farce like. Giving a team a free shot at goal from 12 yards (75% chance of a goal iirc) for incidental contact with a hand or an arm is ridiculous like. Completely disproportionate if it's accidental. The law needs changing. Again.

  8. Blame the people who write the laws of the game tbh. They need to clarify the difference between real handball and false handball calls like that. The refs have little room for manoeuvre, they've got to give it and I bet the majority of them think it's bullshit too.
  9. Do skybet settle bets if a team is leading by 3?

    Jeff Hendrick

He’s better than I thought, no problem admitting it. He’s a solid signing on the basis of Saturday night, took his goal well, played well and defended his fb whilst supporting him going forward. Can see him, Hayden and Shelvey combining to make a solid 3 CM as and when needed. He did well

    Transfer rumours

Murphy, Ritchie and Hendrick behind big Andy C with the fancy forrins on the bench. A strategy our very own Discman would be proud of Quite depressing to say but the racists in our fan base are more likely to accept Almiron and ASM than Murphy Eh?? Unsure if James understands racism. I would like Murphy to be given a chance tbh so we can see what he is like now. James, is it because Almiron is white and Murphy's skin tone is lighter than ASM's? Please don’t set him off again

What the absolute fuck are you talking about man? Why even raise it?
  13. Fucking Turkey the other night. One up and a man up and they played the last 35 minutes without even coming close to getting the corner I needed. Cunts didn't give a single fuck. They were barely even running by FT.
  14. After having a small success with 1+ corner per team per half and a yellow each (in 3 games) I'm now fucked off with it totally Let down by one thing not happening so many times now. Portugal (dirtiest fuckers in football) no yellow. Norway (whack 5 past NI) no corners. England tonight (17 fouls) no fucking booking It's only a quid a time but it's generally about 10/1 or 11/1. So fucking close each night man
  15. I’d watch it for ‘that’ miss alone. "Oooohhhhhhh nnnoooooooo!!"
  16. Mike had a couple of sticks on Boro -2

    Jeff Hendrick

Just one of several myths that people assume are true because they've heard it so many times. "demanding fans" "love a number 9" "would rather lose 4-3" "unrealistic expectations" and so on. All now commonly accepted as being completely true.
  18. Only surprise for me is that they actually saved Merson
  19. Do they have 11-20 numbers too?

    Jeff Hendrick

He helps to make up the numbers in a team that only wants to make up the numbers in a league. His own lack of ambition reflects the lack of ambition in the club. He's a perfect fit.
  21. This Man U team are the epitome of their manager. Snidey, shithouse, spawny, talented and thoroughly unlikable.

    Jeff Hendrick

Absolute nothing signing. No better off, hasn’t improved anything other than increasing the number of players in the squad. He’s not bad, he’s cheap, he’ll graft but it’s a complete non event. He’s the equivalent of topping up the oil in your maroon KIA c’eed
