Never met the bloke, don't particularly want to, but I get the impression Ashley doesn't like being shown up and/or embarrassed. He's stuck by the useless cunt for ages but it's now getting to the stage where his own sanity and judgement are now being called into question. Pardew's embarrassing Ashley with his sheer incompetence and, whilst I'm really wary of believing stuff like this, I think it's coming to a head. Not sacking him is starting on reflect badly on Ashley. I'm cautious but I think those apparently throwaway comments could have a thread of truth running through them.

Absolutely vital that Stoke win this one.

Just imagine if it was true.....

Not playing but I'll most probably be about for the drinks.

Happy clappers will be in their element tonight. Knocked out Crystal Palace reserves so everything's cush, nice one. Pardew's fucking mint, really hope he manages us for ages. LOL to the haterz. LOL.

Told you he'd turn it around, didn't I tell you he'd turn it around? On the up now like, TOON TOON, TOON TOON. Daft cunts wanted him out a few days ago. etc.

"Fack me, city got 7. Carvs, Woods, get 'em out of there. Fack it."
-
Nah, full on Machiavellian mode for me. Pardew out by any means necessary and losing games hand over fist will, eventually, achieve it. Not particularly proud or happy about it but we need this cunt out asap. Getting Pardew out is the endgame, the sooner it happens the better for all concerned.

3 days in between fixtures gives us only 3 days to work on negating the threat that Palace pose and.......ah.......
-
Ashley's the problem. No point protesting against Pardew, his hand are tied.

Pretty embarrassing that a bloke needs to have a grudge before he openly speaks his mind and is honest in his appraisal of a situation like this. This stupid unwritten rule where pundits refuse to question a manager's position regardless of how poorly the team are performing needs to be binned. The talking heads wouldn't have anyone sacked if it was their decision, let's never sack anyone again, everyone's doing a mint job and they all deserve more time to relegate their clubs. They're all lovely blokes and sacking a manager is never good or justified. They can all fuck off.
-
what are they saying? Protest was not on scale they expected. 'Suggests that maybe the fans are not that unhappy with him.' Then Tony Cottee said if he wins a few games he'll win us round. They're right. The fans had the perfect opportunity to give the bloke pelters but sat on their hands all game, too scared to have a go. It's not PR, it's the logical conclusion to draw and this is exactly why the wankers who are tacitly endorsing the manager and owner are as much of a problem as they are. Until the thick cunts realise that the manager they're scared of losing is taking us down nothing will change. Wouldn't give a bucket of piss for Cottee's opinion.
-
No PR offensive was even needed imo. There are plenty of gullible, thick wankers in the crowd who don't even need convincing by Hamann and Solano. They're quite happy to swallow the current load of pigshit and give Pardew the green light to go ahead and relegate us. They fucking slurp that shit down. Too scared to voice their opinion and very quick to take the piss out of those that do. They'll happily watch us sleepwalk our way to the championship again. If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem and these timid little mice who are happy to turn up and sit on silence have become a major part of the problem.

Bang on imo. Had a foreign manager taken 19 points from the 75 available then he'd have been canned a long time ago.

You maybe right but it would cause a big storm - if not well the club is just going to sink without trace very soon. For who? Ashley doesn't care, the fans wouldn't be there to kick up a fuss, TV/PL still get their fixture, sponsors wouldn't be happy but they'd just pump money into someone else. Ashley would just sanction a few more music gigs at SJP to offset that. Your average NUFC fan doesn't care anymore man. If that's the case (and i don't entirely agree with you as bad press is bad press) then might as well everyone stop posting on here and just accept everything. Saturday proved that thousands and thousands of people will still continue to pay their £569 or whatever to watch the shite that is continued to be served up by these cunts. Not only will they continue to watch it but they'll continue to sit on their hands and passively accept it because they've been mentally conditioned into to thinking making up the numbers is now our sole function. Forget winning a Cup. Forget qualifying for Europe. We're in the Premier League so shut up and be happy. 20 years ago we had ambitions of winning the fucking league. Now we're perfectly happy just to be a part of it. 17th is just fucking aok for Mike and Al. Don't wish for more, don't expect entertainment, don't question how we're run, don't dream of getting to Wembley, don't dream of playing in Europe, get used to amassing 40 points and no more. This is where we are and 90% of the fans are seemingly quite happy with it. Fuck that

Don't think that would work either. In days gone by when clubs were totally reliant on gate receipts to pay the bills a mass walkout/boycott of games forced chairmen into taking action. We all know TV cash is the main money-spinner and the money generated through the turnstiles, whilst not insignificant, is reducing (as a proportion of the total income). It's not beyond the realms of possibility to have gate receipts of zero and still function in the PL. The money made from the new TV deal pays the bills and any extra simply goes into the pot, the fact we only bring in players using the money made from outgoing transfers only compounds the problem. Honestly don't think Ashley would give a fuck if the crowd dropped to 5000.

That's his guillotine imo. The final blow.

Man U on Boxing Day will go mental. Think that one in particular will be ridiculous, maybe a 7 or an 8.

We might concede 100 goals in December. Should do a sweepstake. How many league goals will we concede in December 2014? Burnley v Newcastle Newcastle v Chelsea Arsenal v Newcastle Newcastle v Sunderland Man Utd v Newcastle Newcastle v Everton I'll go with 21.

To be fair to the odious cunt he only said he's "tried" to carry the job with dignity. He's failed miserably in every single aspect but he's not strictly lying.
