  1. Any team that plays with even the smallest hint of movement, pace and accurate passing will dick us. The reality of the situation is that Spurs will only need to hit a bit of form for 15-20 minutes, score 2 or 3 in that period and they know they can coast for the rest of the game. We'll pose virtually no threat to them from open play, may spawn a deflected goal or bundle one in from a corner but that's about it. We're so impotent that they only need to click for a short period of time in order to win the game. We're cripplingly poor.
  2. Spurs couldn't have hand picked a nicer fixture to follow a EL game. Newcastle at home, lush. We're the team everyone wants to play.
  3. Every single one of them should have been asking questions about the performance of the team and the manager. Every fan of this club should be questioning the decision-making process and asking for them to justify their positions/decisions. The fact it's not happening is indicative of the deep malaise that's coursing through the club at every single level. Paying your DD each month, turning up to matches and sitting in silence watching isn't getting the fucking job done folks.
  4. Donkeys led by donkeys. Fanbase are far too scared to put them on the spot and ask them questions they don't want to answer. Ridiculous situation and the fans doing nothing, making no fuss, are part of the problem, whether it be in the ground watching the shite or in 'fan's forums'. They're safely tucked up in Ashley's back pocket and will be watching us struggle in the Championship next season.
  5. The look on the faces of Carragher, Redknapp and Souness was worth this month's subscription alone. Horrible fucking wankers.
  6. The horrible cunt couldn't tell us often enough about how tough it was to play Thursday/Sunday so that will obviously be a big boost to us ahead of the game.
  7. In isolation the move itself isn't that significant tbh. No food for the press? So fuck etc. I just get the impression that, although there's no obligation t provide food for the press or give out tickets to the backroom staff and so on, it's sort of the done thing by big clubs. Yeah it probably costs a few quid if you tot it up over the course of a season but it's not that much relatively speaking. The negative publicity it's created simply adds to the small-time mentality the club are fostering atm. Don't think Ashley gives the first shit about being popular but it's another stick to beat them with when added to the banning of local journos. (Most) Football journalists are the scum of the earth imo but keeping them onside, whilst it may stick in the throat a bit, may benefit over the medium/long term. It's one of those things you just have to grin and bear in life, you don't like or agree with it but it's accepted and could potentially be of benefit in the future.

Losing a match heavily shouldn't mean they get refunded ffs. It's football, it happens. You buy your ticket and you don't know what you're going to see. Would they be prepared to put another £25 each in a box whilst leaving the ground after seeing a big win? Thought not. I say that somewhat tongue in cheek about 4-0 but 8 fuckin nil!if the players want to reimburse the fans that travel all that way as a apology for a woeful sham of a performance What's the problem? If the players want to do it then that's entirely up to them tbh. They shouldn't feel entitled to it though.

  10. No ball in the picture. Edit: apart from the one behind his elbow. nnnggghhhh.
  11. Still maintain the mutes who sit there, week after week, watching this turgid shit without speaking out are a massive hindrance to the club. Loyalty is great but being so loyal that you accept any old toss served up without question or criticism benefits no-one. Can't bring themselves to hear a word said against the club or the people representing it out of myopic devotion. A complete lack of critical thinking and a propensity to repeatedly and willingly gollop down this pigshit without question or debate. A significant proportion of our fans are thick fucking arseholes.
  12. Not that long since Chelsea's star striker was Paul Furlong. They just won the jackpot basically.
  13. You lot were just playing football weren't you? Every fucker is seemingly crippled.
  14. Got absolutely no problem with refs giving those tbh. As long as he continues to give them for the rest of the game in both boxes I don't see the problem.
  15. Di Canio on GoS. Really hope the first match is the Sunderland one.
  16. Normal service will be resumed. Routine home win by about 3.

Mike has paid for that Screen he can show what he likes on it. Without the money he's spent on the club we'd have gone bust. Regards Alan. Thought the IRB (or some other rugby authority) have given the club the funding for it?
  18. Met a few in Liquid earlier, didn't stay long but nice to put a few faces to names. Well done to all concerned regarding the footy this morning.

A few years ago this result would have been manna from heaven. I won't even mention it on Monday morning tbh. Football's fucking shit.
  20. The unfortunate reality of the situation is that this result, as fucking meagre as it is, will keep the cunt in a job until Xmas. We'll lose the next 3 handily, pick up a few more points then crash and burn in December. We'll not leave the relegation zone at any time until a new boss is appointed. There are some fucking woeful teams in the division and we're definitely one of them but the incompetence of others could keep us in the division and him in a job.
  21. The delay played into Leicester's hands somewhat. We just couldn't get started today and Leicester certainly took advantage, they dealt with it better.

    St James' Park

They've had a fucking month to install it. If they do postpone it they need to refund every single Leicester fan that's travelled up. This situation was entirely preventable.

Ah right, it's the surround that's flapping rather than the screen itself? Not quite as dangerous as I thought.

    St James' Park

Can't see how they could allow fans in and guarantee their safety tbh. I know it's a ridiculous situation but in all seriousness, if that thing breaks and falls it will kill people.

How laughable are these cunts? They can't do anything properly.
