chopra has more form in this division...and looks a btter all round player.
-
it doesn't make sense...but then there was the story of crystal palace offering 2mill for kevin kyle and the mackems turning it down as it didn't meet their valuation of 1.5mill.
-
i said that yesterday or the day before.

i fluked some money on this. i rarely bet on american football but i was bored and had a look and punted £10 on what i thought was san diego -6.5 but would i'd done instead was backed new jork at +6.5. tried to lay out immediatly but the odds changed to a losing position....cut my losses or wait a bit....waited...waited....waited...interception..touchdown....laid out at 10-7 to a minimum clean slate or at best £13profit. complete fluke

I'm very curious as to how many of our games you've seen this season, Guthrie has been head and shoulders our most creative player. As far the part in bold, I can't even be bothered. jonas and enrique have been as craetive as guthrie. the most creative thing we have is nolans runs into the box (or attempts to catch up with play according to some)

there were stories last season that a deal was agfreed to take jones to liverpool had the mackems got relegated. rumour now has it the mackems want babel as part of it.......can't see him wanting to go myself.

campbell....been playing regularly till august and in a position where having the legs isn't the most important viera.....still playing at the highest level the week before he signed for city. class isn't permanent, if it was shearer would still be up front and beardsley supplying.

what makes you think he'd be a good coach. usually on here people scream "jobs for the boys" but when it's a fans fave with no experience at coaching or any rerason to suspect he'd be any good at it people lap it up. slight double standards at work..........as usual. I'm not one to scream about jobs for the boys. The reality is that on the continent, the best coaches and managers have usually started out in a junior role at a club they were associated with as a player.. It would be a good stop for everyone to take. If it turns out he isn't cut out for it, it isn't the end of the world. they've also been brought up in a different ethos of the game than anyone who's spent a long time over here. we shouldn't take him on because of who he is but what he is and the what is "a good coach" as opposed to a popular ex player.

i would have had gary speed in our team last season on his form then instead of any of our centre mids. haven't seen him play this season so don't know if the years are finally catching up.

based on what he was like 3 or 4 years ago ? i'd be happier if i'd seen him play recently.

Thats the rumour. The injury story is just a cover for the suspension - for supposedly having a fight with another player. Pelligrini was mentioned I think. i didn't even think pelligrini was still there. mind you i didn't know paul hart was at QPR either.

betfair desperate to keep hold of some money. their livescore service has the spoanish league games that kicked off at 4pm having 100, 102,101 and 100 mins of injury time respectivly.
-
hows that. nolan has done sod all bar score goals this season and smith, well everyone knows what i think there. again we'll reley on our back 4 and that the opposition gifts us a chance.

http://www.waccoe.com/index.php?showtopic=171619 They seem to love him , really pleased that he is staying. Unless they are all being ironic. Someone asked if anyone had a link to the barcodes messageboard & few posts later someone sends them : http://www.nufc-forum.com/nufcforum/index.php?board=2.0 Wtf is that place? it's where they deserve to be sent for calling us "barcodes" i posted on waccoe years ago. least friendly bunch of neanderthals ever. just backed up my previous ideas of a lot of leeds fans, thick fucks with an ill placed arrogance.

1-2...comebacks on. i've got them aswell (ac milan, fiorentina, cameroon, schalke.)

The team of 92-93 would walk all over this one; our current team doesn't have anybody as good as Andy Cole, Gavin Peacock, Rob Lee, David Kelly, Paul Bracewell, Lee Clark and Barry Venison. We also had John Beresford who was possibly as good as or better than Enrique, Scott Sellars who was probably more effective than Jonas, Brian Kilkline and Steve Howey were probably as effective as Coloccini and Taylor at the centre of our defence. We also had a manager who was on a different planet to the one we’ve got now. hmmmm i'm not so sure. i think the present defence would just about keep out the 92-93 team out. i could see it being 95%-5% to the 92-93 team but 1-0 with nolan somehow scrambling a winner.

agreed.....but then again its ken bates.

wasn't it due to his performances when he was here ? also wasn't titus wigans player of the year last year ? If they are so bad why are they playing in the premier while we aren't? goes for stephen carr aswell then.....you were sorry to see him go ? No because he was fat and unfit. See the difference? he was at the end of his time here, not throughout. n'zogbia performances in his last 18month here didn't warrant him a first team place. it's funny how milner was given grief by many when playing better than charles and has gone on to be a better player. Both are doing well and are long gone from this club. We are left with Nicky Butt and Kevin Nolan which should be a clue to which were the better players. i agree to a point but just because someone is playing in the prem doesn't mean they are better than a player in the fizzy pop. enrique for example, steven taylor also and i'll bet if carroll moves it'll be to a prem club. because they aren't fat or unfit. Which is basically my point really. and as i said he was only like that near the end of his time here due to the crap medical team/management rushing people back too quick after injury. -

Instead we got Hughton, who got five points from twelve games last season. ironically looking at keegans first stint here he took 14 points from the first 24 (then 3 out the next 18)

point 3 is really obvious in light of points 1 and 2.
