Clubs will ask more of Forest now because they are burning through Money and have Premier league Money, clubs will ask more of Southampton than Anderlecht because they know they have more Money. Clubs will try to get as much as they can, part of that equation will be how much can the buying team afford, if you have the biggest backers then the sellers will ask for more.
