Probably win it again next year. bet you they wont. highly unlikely they'll be in it.

I think they are saying the linesman flagged. Play to the whistle and all that but if the flag goes up, and it would've been wrongly if it did go up, people stop.

Didn't the same happen last season about Bournemouth coming up ? Possibly...I imagine there were plenty of lols to be had at 'haha Leeds vs Yeovil' and so forth. I get it, how the mighty have fallen etc. But I bet my life savings Burton will bring a lot more than Bolton, Wigan or Fulham ever did here. (caveat - life savings not a great deal). Its the horrible snobbery that outside of the premier league everything is a funny sideshow to be treat with contempt. If I'm lucky enough to go I'll have a better time at Burton that I ever had at those scabrous soul-free flat-pack middens littering industrial estates in sinkhole cities permanently clogging the 'prem'. Only by the press and a minority of fans.

He stands out more as he started out as the real deal.

As much as any technical abilities of any players we bring in, we need at least two leaders. There isn't a single one in the current squad.

Spent all season kind of wanting Sheff weds to come up............now I don't want them to.

I could understand Villa having a laugh at us when they sent us down, we would had we done it to an Everton or Spurs of that time but they did go over the top from what I saw. As for Brummie, good poster who tells it like it is not only when they are in the shit and can't argue against it really. (and I'd forgive him shagging the wife for creating the Diego Swarfega wiki page)

I thought he completely lost control of it. Why did he not send Dier off for that tackle right at the end? This. Difficult game to manage but didn't help himself by trying to keep it 11 v 11 when the players were determined to be as cuntish as they possibly could be, safe in the knowledge the worst that was coming was a yellow. Blatant offences were either overlooked or downgraded to mere bookings, players took advantage and that's mainly the fault of the ref imo. Got to wonder if how many would have been left on the pitch if it were West Brom V us or the mackems ?

Echoes of Frank Clark.

Seriously ? They had the better chances, a team with one win in fifteen and on the fucking beach!

Did you see Norwich and Southampton or is the revival limited to the last 3 games...........and we were as bad as I've seen us this season till Liverpool started to cruise. Look at how many save Darlow had to make with easy open shots from 20yds or so. We are better organised from dead balls but don't seem to be overall. why is our revival limited to 3 games when we're unbeaten in 4? Thats not helping as we were cack against Swansea for the most part. Don't get me wrong, we are at a part of the season and being where we are where results are more important than performances but I just don't see so far that Rafa, as much as I rate him, has made us more organised etc. Here man, what the f***? Are you smoking crack? Seriously. Us not looking more organised is up there with hundreds of billions, you absolutely f***ing looney. Based on what we've been playing ? V man city, yes, as good as I've seen us this season. A s*** Norwich team scored 3, Southampton had 3 could have had more, Liverpool 2 and could have had more, Palace and the Mackems were even games where the oppo arguabely had the better chances. You're either taking the p*ss or are p*ssed. Going on what we've watched. Apart from Man city as I've said in which game(s) would you say we've been better organised ?

Rafa is a great motivator, I think that could be down to his CV as much as anything. The players are clearly playing for the manager in a way that we haven't seen since we finished 5th. Still not playing well though, Still look disorganised, can't really say we desrved the win today. I know Rafa is a good manager and the players look more bothered but they still look like strangers on the pitch.
-
You reckon...the mackems and Norwich both have Watford to play and the mackems will beat Everton.
-
I'll downgrade to 'good' They're on good form but we're the lowest priority for them right now. We'll be on them from the start. Oh no we won't we know.
-
I think thats going slightly OTT but I'd love if a manager of his calibre was prepared to drop down and build something, no matter where.
-
You've never seen a Jurgen Klopp team before. Not a high pressuring team. I've watched Liverpool a few times this season and no they haven't been.
-
Wouldn't be surprised if he started on Saturday given Rafas predeliction for changing things and Liverpools possible change of team, not exactly a high pressurising team so maybe a game for him ?
-
He's not a Tory, he's a Contrarian, and that's saying something from me.

Comments like that man. You're like the typical jerk who has the hot sweetest kinkiest wife, you don't deserve her. In this case you don't deserve football in your life. POIDH

I'm struggling to think of many times since the new year that I'd play Perez from the start. (More a reflection on the club than the player)

aye but for different reasons I suspect. I think Krul is finished at this level should we stay up, Darlow has potential and Elliott shouldn't be a first choice even though he's done well. So that's a centre half, goalkeeper, left back and centre forward for the first team no matter what level we are at to have a balanced first XI. Krul finished? Blimey. Had a bit of a s*** period before his current injury but give the lad a chance post injury. a long poor spell and a shoulder injury. I'm old school, you shoot keepers with long standing shoulder injuries.
