yip, fantastic performance, just lackiing a goal.
  2. and no MotD coverage of the ramires tackle that should've seen red,
  3. or the champs league if we'd bought him the season before ?
  4. pretty sure there were people round me clapping and booing as he went off.
  5. something else to watch out for then, honeestly didn't look like it dipped from level 7.

    Alan Pardew

Interesting insight into his choice of player. "his" choice ? i thought he had no choice ?
  7. I initially thought it had but its hard to tell even after seeing the replay. It probably didnt though. dip ? didn't seem to dip from level 7, just rocketed into the top corner. Was pretty central IIRC. high to the keepers right, not exactly in the angle granted but seemed top cornerish from where we were.

collectively aye, i've a few mackem mates who are cracking lads as individuals who'll be honest about their team. said it before- recently. theres something of a mental mob mentality going on, esp on Rtg.. didnt we have a debate on what a group of Mackems was known as? A mental of Mackems? a rampton of mackems ?

  12. Tiote.... i keep thinking that Sissoko is way better than Tiote ever was, and hoping he wont go down the same path different players with different roles.
  13. which one ? he had two quite similar, one on either wing. shit man, he's a central midwinger.
  14. with the ball, aye, defensivly he was left cold a few times through being shattered towards the end.
  15. recording it. going to watch the longer highlights of football choice thingy.
  16. 's not even like benteke murdered him time after time, i don't even think today was a great game from him, that was just what he does.
  17. as i said in the pre match thread, i can understand playing perch but there is no excuse for playing jonas. well done spiderman!.
  18. fantastic performance, just a little worried how he seems to be struggliong towards the end of games. hopefully just the result of returning after a long term injury.
  19. still hasn't got the stamina for it yet. the last half hour he could only destroy them when he had the ball. wait till next season, you'll really see something. my god he's gonna be scary.
  20. not just a great result but a very good game aswell. must've been great for neutrals. up there with the leicester 5-4, the luton 3-2 (alan brown, ask mick) for excitement but of a far higher quality. we played some very good stuff, as did they, their 2 goals were both very, very good, sissoko could've had 4 and i'm waiting to see what steven taylor used for that block in the last few minutes. a little bit oif spice added to the game with the cisse (he seems to love it here he's close to getting 'wor paps') spat and pardew/carver v benitez/their no 2. some lovely MOVEMENT from us, makes a hell of a difference, doesn't it ?
  21. thats the thing, will he keep up that work rate, hope so.
  22. Perch I can understand. No excuse for playing Jonas though.
  23. do you think he will though.....ot will he he be their ranger ? if they were closer to the bottom i think they'd play him.
  24. why ? did he try to defend it ?
  25. just seemed like a young kid and handled it pretty well (interview harry style?) Think you've maybe seen the later edited version... i saw him interviewed in the passenger seat. he talked about the offer from wigan very diplomatically, then going to everton, meeting moyes etc. he's 18, just signed for a top premier league side and being interviewed for national if not world wide viewing.
