Have they had a meltdown about Ben Arfa being in the French squad after being 'hauled off'

Fortune, fame, mirror vain, gone insane but the memory Romains...? Maybe not

I love the Mackem doublethink of this 1992 stuff. "You've never won fuck all" Well, we have. We've won the league, we've won a European cup, we've won the FA cup a bunch of times, more than most clubs. We were a real cup force in the 50s. "Those don't count, they were ages ago! You've done fuck all recently" Well, we've beaten Barcelona, we've played at the San Siro, we've played in over 100 European matches, we've beaten Man U 5-0, we've beaten our local rivals 5-1, what have you guys done? "Football wasn't invented in 1992 marra, 9-1 62bc!!!" What they mean by "Football wasn't invented in 1992" is "Football only existed for a short period in the mid 70s."

Good job House MD is here to set us straight

Apparently it is actually a thing although it could be quackery. Either the way you hold your head due to the discomfort knacking up your posture or infection or something. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/dec/08/fabregas-wisdom-teeth-hamstring-injury Cesc Fábregas considered having his wisdom teeth taken out to try to solve his ongoing hamstring problems, an approach that worked for Tony Adams, the former Arsenal captain, during his career. Tell me this isn't true Sort of. He had a problem with his teeth (not sure if it was just his wisdom teeth) which is linked with back problems, not hamstring problems. The hamstring bit was what I really was referring to. I just couldn't see how hamstring weakness and wisdom teeth were linked. Your hamstrings continue all the way up your back and neck into your jaw and are anchored into place with your wisdom teeth like tent pegs. This is why when there's contact between a player's head or arm and another player's face, they seem to throw themself on the floor. Even a minor knock can cause the hamstrings to ping loose off their dental moorings and turn a player's legs to jelly.

"whoever is chosen will, it seems, have to accept working with Van Gaal," Surely they can't be that stupid, they're having enough difficulty finding a manager as it is without making a decision on a DoF first and excluding anyone who doesn't want LVG as their DoF or even a DoF in the first place.

Scouser on facebook reckons the rumours at the moment are Louis van Gaal as DOF, AVB as manager

Imagine he asked for another huge transfer pot with a back me or sack me ultimatum.

Just had a moment's panic about this, went for that direct debit price-freeze thing a few years back, is there a year left on that? Can't even remember if I've got a form recently and filled it in EDIT: Wait, went on my account and I'm listed as 2011-12 ST Holder 2012-13 ST Holder Signed up in February apparently!

So basically their plan for the future is going to depend on what type of manager they get, rather than appointing a manager that fits their plan for the future.

Wish I was watching this now, put three quid on Chelsea to win in extra time at 17-1. Sadly I'm in the Town Wall with the lass and no tellies.

Would love this to fail for both parties involved. Although on the otherhand, it would be interesting if he took over from Fergie and did poorly, could have a Dalglish situation where the fans want to stick by him for sentimental reasons even as he fucks them over.

I wonder if anyone on RTG actually looks at this kind of stuff and thinks "Fucks sake, stop embarrassing us" or if it's all "Love stuff lik this me like, bet the Mags are pewa fumin"

Like rolling around the floor and pretending to be elbowed to get a player sent off? Or gaming the system by realising the punishment for cheating isn't enough of a deterrent and so deliberately hacking someone down and walking off the pitch? (The irony being that Man U fans scorned Suarez for behaving in the same manner with his handball off the line). OGS is a coward, a cheat and a cunt. No honour, no class, no shame. Would be a perfect match for Villa, really.

Steven Fletcher is ready to turn down any prospective move to Sunderland. Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2146065/Steven-Fletcher-snub-Sunderland-move.html#ixzz1vCC6epgJ Surely not, what happened to players flocking to play under Marty?

Craig Gordon claims there is a possibility that he will pen a new deal at Sunderland, but is keeping his open options after becoming a free agent. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11661/7762918/ Sounds like he's all partied out
