Must be a hangover from Calvinism, kids in Essex grow up and start supporting Man U so they can celebrate every year, kids in Glasgow start supporting us so they can moan and be dour all the time

can't even afford the hosting bills...maybe they can sell a few web developers. They signed up a web developer on a £2,000 commision, but then they realised that the contract they signed meant if a website design that he created was actually used they'd have to give him a million quid and a nosh off Avram Grant's wife.

Pretty terrifying time to be a football fan, don't think the top teams are immune either looking at the jaw-dropping debt figures on Man U and Liverpool's books. Plaything teams like Man City and Chelsea at least have someone with a load of cash to inject rather than taking on debts, but an Enron style collapse of one of their owner's main companies could easily see the club seized as assests and stripped. I think we'll see clubs that have been living within their means like Villa and Everton really starting to challenge. Arsenal seem to have done it the right way as well, bringing youth through that they can cash in on, developing young talents rather than buying ready made galacticos and owning their stadium outright instead of owing money on it.

That or someone like Liverpool robbing him off them. Certainly at the wrong end of the form table, like 18 - Hull (3 points from 6 games) 19 - Mackems (2 points from 6 games) 20 - Burnley (2 points from 6 games) Two of the teams below them in Bolton and West Ham have had morale boosting changes recently as well, could start looking rather ominous.

Singing about us only being there for the famous team, strange their highest attendence of the season was when they played us (more of them turned out to watch Newcastle than Derby for fucks sake!) and they celebrated like they'd won the league. Guess it's the footballing highlight of a lifetime for any Forest fan born in the last two decades... Also, singing about us "signing on" as if their scab "working miners" are still merrily whistling home from work with a paycheck and a pickaxe on their shoulder. Good weekend apart from the footy mind, managed not to get shot at least

This came on the juke box yesterday and gave me major nostalgia about sitting in the car after matches in the 90's when they used to play it over the highlights on the radio.

Has she ate her one time singing guitar playing partner? probably. Coupled with a few cheeky steak sandwiches from 'Quality Catering'. Looked up the duff to me like.
-
Be surprised if that was true, isn't there some sort of affinity between Celtic/Liverpool and Rangers/Chelsea? Although I guess if it's only people's first club anything's possible, given that the sample size for football fans in Scotland who haven't picked one or the other is probably pretty small.

Maybe it was where I was sitting but I didn't hear a single song from the Palace fans. Level 7 seemed to be singing nearly all match "Whey ya knaa" went on for about 20 minutes non-stop.

Knowing me, knowing New (Cas-ulll) There is nothing we can do...

No. 12? What relevance does that have.. because Boca do? If anything it should be Level 7. It means the 12th man, I like that idea. Personally I dont like the TU name... it potentially puts some people off and it should be a name that encourages more people to join in the same type of mentality imo. So we would basically be copying the Boro who call themselves The Twe12th Man? Is that right? Wouldnt want to be seen copying Boro like. http://www.twe12thman.co.uk/ Shortly to be renamed the 12 Men.

Forest were making noises about Moses this morning before the administration news broke, imagine they'd be best placed to move in quickly http://www.southlondon-today.co.uk/tn/Sport.cfm?id=2539&headline=Forest

Is slightly terrifying it can happen to clubs just like that and be such a shock to the fans. Makes you fret about waking up one day to news of problems Ashley had been hiding and liquidators being called in.
-
If we buy Moses off them while they're up here then there won't be any transport costs. Well worth them bearing in mind if money's tight.

May only be able to name 3 subs against West Ham if Finnan can't shake off a knock.

Hey, I've been east stand for 19 years. The east side is where you find the OGs.
-
We had some luck, it was a combination of luck and poor finishing that prevented us finishing that game 6-2 down.
-
Fucking hell Wonder what wages this player who they can't play and can't sell is on
-
Sadly, can't imagine even this getting us into gear. If he's out for the season I can just imagine hughton reeling out the 'well Taylor's back so that's like a new player' when we fail to strengthen before the next campaign as well. On the plus side it'd mean he'd fail a medical of anyone's still trying to buy him.
