Are Spain taking part in AFCON this season?

Watkins and Wissa would be reliable options but they won't help us get past Man City, Liverpool or Arsenal. Age is also the obvious problem, we would pay big money without resale value. Would much prefer someone young with a lot of potential (like Isak was). Aghehowa and Wissa would be really exciting.
