Ngo Baheng faces up to a year out with cruciate ligament injury
Belfast Boy replied to NSG's topic in Football
Thats a big blow for the lad. He was settling nicely into the reserves and would have been looking to make the bench next season. -
I know I would 'settle' for coming 5th the next 3 years.

It cracks me up that there are so many people on here who think Gattuso is no longer good enough for us, yet at the same time there are those wanting Jimmy Bullard.

Robbie Earle 'Chelsea have hardly had a scare second half' He obviously wasn't watching the minute where both Martins and Owen came within inches of equalising. -

If Smith ever has to play for us again, it should be under strict orders never to come back into his own half. I wonder how many goals we have conceded this season down to him giving it away, not marking or conceding free kicks. -

Smith's fault again for gifting them possesion back. He really is such a liability. -

Looks like Drogba could be coming off, who is left on the bench? EDIT: Shevchenko possibly, or Joe Cole. -

A mistake by Chelsea to sit on the 1-0 when they were so much on top. Came so close twice now. -

When Malouda blocked that there did it hit his arm? And if it did should that not have been a penalty rather than a re-taken free kick? -

Harsh booking for Terry there. -
Look again, may want to pay attention to between numbers 15 and 17.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eddie_Firmani Seems a bizarre inclusion so high up the list. Is there anything the list is based on stats wise, or is it a poll or just the author's choice?

Benny Benitez: Parky 6 Benny 2 (Benitez watch.). Inter sack the waiter.
Belfast Boy replied to Parky's topic in Football
I'd still like to hear from someone who saw the game about who played up front when Torres went off (was it in extra time?) and why Crouch didn't come on, leaving Hyppia as Liverpool's main 'threat' during the late scramble for a third goal. -

I missed the game from half time to the last 10 minutes of extra time cos I was on a flight. I understand Torres went off with a hamstring but how come Crouch didn't come on? Just who was playing up front for the final 10 other than Hyppia? -
So, is he back then? I would imagine a hamstring would keep him out most if not all of the remaining games.
