His agent was on Talk Sport today saying he will get a new job in January, but not in England. -
My opinion is that this transfer has a lot more to do with Willie McKay and Freddie's relationship than Freddie and Roeder, in fact I wouldnt be surprised if Roeder was as shocked as us by it.

I guess this would fit in with Roeder saying he is waiting on a few other things happening, ie boro signing a replacement in Euell.
