  1. That'll be a first for Bendtner if he goes there, the first time he's not been the most arrogant cock at his club.
  2. They can't defend either. That's why they haven't won a World cup and never will. To be honest, they only ever get moves to clubs in Europe because they are big, strong and fast. Imagine if they just did running instead, Africa would dominate the Olympics man. Wasting themselves playing footy. This post comes to you sponsored by Shak.
  3. They don't avoid tax, they just evade it. I don't say evasion, I say avoision.
  4. Found this an interesting read: http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2016/jan/21/academy-graduates-arsenal-illusion-flawed-system
  5. I'm going to go home and shine my post of the year trophy to give myself a bit of confidence and I'll be back tomorrow.
  6. Tino better than Robert? Howay.
  7. Will the FA Panel be reviewing all match "incidents" that are as innocuous as this? "Gareth Barry will not face punishment for his throw in during Saturday's match with Arsenal."
  8. That was the day I was on MOTD shouting at the dickhead.
  9. He'd love that tbf, someone to tell him how brilliant he is.
  10. Aye, heard the bloke (a survivor) investigating it on 5Live. Eight previous fires by his count. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/apr/15/bradford-fire-stafford-heginbotham-martin-fletcher http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/apr/15/bradford-fire-martin-fletcher-stafford-heginbotham
  11. Your conclusion (he's a worthless footballer and you wouldn't have him in your team) makes sense to me, based on how you interpret his actions on the pitch, plus no doubt the absence of meaningful end-product (assists, goals, key tackles). However, it all sounds a bit paranoid and deliberate, if I 'm honest. It 'seeming like' he is avoiding criticism, trying to hide, faking good by appearing to run around a bit, but doing it to fool people, primarily. Basically trying to advance his lot by not putting himself in the firing line, which is the reason why Sunderland and Newcastle were/are knocking around the bottom of the league. If this was true, who would want a toxic weasel (great name for a band btw!) like that in their side? That said, is there a particular reason why you think you ("and a lot of people") can see this, and others (including football managers, Premiership and International, a multitude of coaches over the years, ex-pros, pundits, including respected central midfielders/who know the range of functions performed in that position) can't? And given, if I understand it correctly, what really annoys you about him is his attitude/intention to deceive & be self-serving, and by defintion you can't see this, you have to infer it as an explanation for the behaviour you can observe, how do you know you're right? What would have to happen for you to change your mind? Might another expalnation not be a closer fit? Are you trying to tell me that Jack Colback is widely highly rated?
  12. Sad news, one of them who I used to wonder how on Earth he could afford to follow us home and away, truly dedicated.

  14. Strictly speaking, it should say League goal. They scored 2 in the FA Cup last weekend.
  15. I thought the latter, we did a decent amount of our own attacking second half. It wasn't a case of "just kick it away" that we used to see.
  16. Neglect of central midfield has been our main problem since Cabaye left.
  17. Spurs struggling for goals again I see.
