When was the last red card, that's aeons as well? Same game. Stoke (H) edit: technically Norwich had Johnson sent off in the same incident as Remy saw red too so Stoke was the last time we had a numerical advantage. Fucking hell, so two years ago (or at least 17 months with the Norwich game)? I'd love to know how that compares to every other club in the division.

We played alright in the second half, so he has a point. What does "we'll be fine" even mean? Our stated target before the season was top 8. Has it been changed to PL survival already? Didn't he say the other day that 8th had admittedly been an overambitious target (in a league with Leicester, Palace and Watford in the top seven)? He did? I must have missed that. But as you point out, the PL is quite open, especially this year. Had we had our affairs in order we could have easily been in the running for European football. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/dec/25/newcastle-united-steve-mcclaren-top-eight-premier-league-target-relegation

Fucking hell, that defending and goalkeeping was fucking embarrassing.

That is partially true but it pre-dates the recent increase in foreign players. There reason given previously was that it was down to geography. They like to get to a couple of games in a day and can't do that with the North East. Colback got called up last season like Even more evidence that he hasn't seen us play.

Merry Christmas everyone, hope all of you have a great day with your loved ones.

How is VI a glory hunter?

One of his fellow pundits should ask Jenas why his career was basically finished before he was out of his 30s. Fucking knobhead.

Lascelles in Eldon Square about an hour ago.

He did well at Roma, was quite popular I believe, the reason he left was because he was attacked by Lazio fans in a bar after scoring the winner in the derby.
-
Fucking hell  Surely doing this deliberately now?

Conveniently forgets to say "last year we was sixteenf"

He owns shares in Oviedo, in the Segunda, you'd think he could get himself a game there like. Such a strange one that, still only 29.

Everyone but us seems to have forgotten 2012-13 as well. Convinced that if Swansea (with absolutely fuck all to play for and Shechter up front) hadn't somehow come from behind twice to beat Wigan, we'd have gone down.

"We can over-achieve"

You can get it back if you start using the account again. They banned my dad, he started putting a couple of quid on here and there and next time it came back, he got it again as normal.

Still makes me laugh when I think of me calling him fucking shit basically right to his face at Hartlepool during a pre-season friendly when he came over to take a throw in, about five minutes before he scored his first goal of what ended up a hat trick.

Ditto. Taken nearly £650 from the last two of these.

Got 2-1 Arsenal, fucking howay City, wake up (preferably in the 89th minute).
-
It's nominally cheaper to use over/under 6.5 goals (over is 20/1 with Coral so you can lay it for £2.50). But that's it basically yep.
-
If that's accurate, he needs nothing short of a miracle.

Never claimed I was saying anything revolutionary like, just taking issue with the idea that we can't beat shit teams because the players choose not to bother their arse in those games. If every mediocre team gave Sissoko and Wijnaldum the sort of space to run into that Norwich did, they'd look dynamite every single week and nobody would be criticising their effort. Doing that gets the real shit in the team, that contribute absolutely nothing going forward, off the hook.
