I wouldn't put it past them. Joking aside, if he had had sex with an underage lass, but she lied about her age, could he still get done for it? Depends on individual circumstances. If he met her in a nightclub then he's got a much better chance than if he met her on her way home from school with her uniform on. Comes down to whether the court believe that he could have had a "reasonable belief" that she was of age.

Most of Europe has a lower age of consent than the UK so he'd probably not find it difficult getting a game on the continent if nobody here would touch him. Spain's is 13.
  3. UV Happy Face seems to be playing devil's advocate for Ashley at the moment in the same way he did for Pardew for years, for reasons I can't understand. I appreciate the effort he puts into everything but the point of this current work completely escapes me.
  4. Fair play to the people who can still summon up some enthusiasm for the whole charade like. I'm still watching for some reason but bloody hell, I genuinely find I couldn't be less interested in the result if I was watching rugby.
  5. Krul should be able to use his right foot in that situation. Complete hash of it from both players.

    Papiss Cissé

Three would be my guess, it's meant to be a straight red card. Might get four seeing as he's already had a three match ban this season.

That's good for this league tbf.
  8. I seriously underestimated how crap Man Utd are, got lucky in the end.

Someone post his comments on the Hughton sacking please. "It's a travesty. I'm devastated and angry. It's another situation where you have a young coach-manager learning his stripes like he did last year in the Championship, did a fantastic job, did the job with style. "He then took them into the Premier League on limited resources, brought in some decent players and this has happened." http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/n/newcastle_united/9261212.stm He did a radio interview slating Ash didn't he? Aye. Said Rugby League was for "thick as fuck Yorkshire wankers" iirc.
  12. Remember Delima, the mad Asian who was utterly obsessed with the Man Utd youth squad? This was one of my favourite ever posts on here for pure insanity:
  13. Must be why he spent every waking minute calling Cisse worse than shite for years. Very honorable effort to balance the books.

If I could have chosen a Premier League footballer to get nicked for noncing, that little freak would have been first on the list. Excellent stuff.
  15. My bets were that bad, I won't even be able to pretend I had a cash out.
  16. Incredible assist to set up Porto's opener against Sporting. Don't know who it was but he took a long ball on his chest about halfway and, without looking, immediately sent a high backheeled through ball right into Tello's path, who scored.
  17. He's never done anything sublime in his life.
