Have Belgium not got shot of Wilmots yet ffs? Watched the end because I needed the cunts to score twice and what a bloody embarrassment. Just because you've got ten men doesn't mean you've got to keep the entire team in your own penalty area for half an hour against fucking Israel.

Burton have been good value all season and that's no different tonight. They seem to be evens every game despite being top and in great form. Made a canny profit on Saturday then lost it yesterday by stupidly betting on games I wasn't even that keen on so hoping to get some back tonight.

In the 90 games that Roeder and Allardyce were in charge of NUFC, the team lost 4 games by 3 clear goals or more. They didn't lose a single derby = "terrible" In Alan Pardew's final 90 games, the team lost by that margin 15 times, and lost 4 derbies = "run of the mill"
-
You'd have to live on a fucking cloud to be under the impression that Roeder and Allardyce was a worse time to support Newcastle than the last four years prior to December.

I agree, it's people off this forum that have made people hate Pardew. Not the four consecutive derby drubbings, not the record breaking runs of defeats, not the complicity of running the club into the ground. No it's all Mick's fault, and Beren, and Interpolic, and Kid Icarus, and Hans, and all the other folk on here with a fucking brain cell going spare.

If anyone catches the Hartlepool goals on SSN, watch out for the first goal. I had the bloke who heads it in FGS (Hugill) but every source has given it to the first header (Walker) - even the official website says "Hugill looked to get a touch on the ball as it crossed the line but it was Walker who claimed the goal." Oh that's alright then, if he's claimed it, he can have it even though it wasn't fucking his!

Went down to Hartlepool today, they've slashed the prices to get people through the door for the relegation fight and it's working a treat. Absolutely class.

It'll void and get removed from the accumulator.

"Evasive action" ITV are so pathetic.

My favourite ever NUFC player. Robert, not Mike Williamson.

Fair enough because it worked but McClaren's strategy was always just to hoy a load of strikers on. They always had Maccarone, Yakubu, Hasselbaink and Viduka tripping over each other at the end before Maccarone inevitably scored.
-
It was an extraordinary run like, in both the quarters and semis they were completely dead and buried needing 4 goals to win and got them.
-
Taking into account cup competitions is pretty much worthless when you're evaluating a manager with a view to giving them a job.

Aussies ahead, Jedinak free kick.

He broke records for incompetency going right back to the formation of the football club. "But the league placings!" Were also shit, apart from one.

Jonas telling lies again about that nice Mr Pardew.

They'll spend exactly the amount that they think they need to in order to survive in the division, same as they always do. The amount they spend won't get us a better team, just like it didn't last summer despite the ENORMOUS spending that you bizarrely keep citing.
-
There's a significant proportion of our support who will be completely mugged this summer when we spend a decent amount (which we will, to survive). Prepare yourself for months of "finally Mike has realised" sentiments, as if buying a few players can put right the decimation of the entire competitive culture of the club since he arrived. Happy Face has fallen for it before we've even spent a penny.

he's putting his faith in a system as blatantly incompetent and incomprehensible as the FIFA rankings............I look forward to the first club saying screw this and taking the fa to court should be amusing. Also kinda pointless unless he invents a way around EU law It's only for those outside the EU like. Yes, probably should have mentioned that. When the threshold drops to 50, it'll exclude Japan, South Korea, Australia, South Africa, Paraguay, Morocco and I assume Norway and Turkey amongst many others (most of Africa). Hard to see the Premier League clubs voting for it. I'd imagine most of them are desperate to see the work permit laws relaxed so they can start hoovering up South American talent with a view to spitting 99% of them out at 21.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32024808 Dyke putting in more stringent work-permit restrictions, largely based on FIFA rankings. If a player's country isn't in the top 50 (70 at first), he won't ever be allowed to play in England.
