  1. Second, really? Feels like he's done it about four times, definitely more than twice. Edit: think I'm wrong looking at his clubs, blimey. Was reading the other day about how many times Tony Pulis has signed his son. Dunno how they get away with it.
  2. Absolutely drives me insane how reluctant Remy is to use his left foot in that situation.
  3. Like fuck will we start the same tactics agaisnt Norwich if we get a result today, have a word with yourself, man. The last two seasons have seen 1-0 home wins over Norwich, scored early then defended like fuck. He's not going to suddenly go after them.
  4. That's definitely his trademark these days - if this doesn't work again he won't just tweak it for the next game, it'll be the whole blueprint in the bin and start again. It probably won't even be the next game, if Spurs score it'll be a complete formation change and nobody will know what the fuck they're doing. Plan depends 100% on exactly the same as last week happening - Spurs need to be absolute shit for an hour. If it does work of course, we'll go with it against Norwich as well.
  5. Classic Pardew, he clings to what works for any period of time until it doesn't work, then abandons it completely for something totally different. Shola ffs.
  6. Benefited from a touch by the defender like, not sure Suarez would have latched on without it.
  7. I'll be glad when Gerrard fucks off with that delivery.
  8. Liam Ridgewell's cost them one goal and nearly a second simply by not wanting to kick the ball out for a throw in with his right foot.
  9. I pay for Sky to watch us basically. Which is why BT can fuck off with the CL for all I care. I used to like watching the boxing but since Box Nation bought the rights I no longer bother. There's a limit to everything, and if you're willing to pay £10 month for every daft side interest then you either have to be very rich or very stupid. This is why I feel BT might have fucked up with this. Is there enough wide interest in the Champions League to cover the costs? I'm not so sure.
  10. The MOTD intro annoys me every single week. Ridiculous lack of NUFC.
  11. If it's a game I want to see (i.e. a Newcastle one) I'll go to the pub. If there's something else of vague interest on, I'll put it on the laptop while I'm doing something else to keep track of what's going on. Can't imagine actually shelling out for it, certainly not for the Champions League.
  12. Can't believe nobody mentioned Rob Lee from his own half against Brentford.
  13. Triumph for good over the forces of evil.
  14. Fell. I'm always falling over when in a light jog with a ball at my feet like. You are like. I've seen you play. I don't usually have the ball long enough to run with it tbf.

  16. Did he dive? Didn't see a replay of the play, but swedish tv keeps saying he tripped before the the contact and that he didn't dive. So I'm asking you guys who have seen it, if it really was a dive. No matter what it was a horrible decision. I thought he tripped, over balanced on his own and fell into Reid. It certainly wasn't a penalty, but i didn't think it was a dive. Gerraway man, watch his feet. There's no trip at the point in which he launches his shoulder into Reid's hip.
  17. Did he dive? Didn't see a replay of the play, but swedish tv keeps saying he tripped before the the contact and that he didn't dive. So I'm asking you guys who have seen it, if it really was a dive. No matter what it was a horrible decision. It's a blatant dive. Reid runs alongside him and Ramires just throws his body into Reid's.
  18. What an absolute cunt Mourinho is. So glad he fucked off with nowt last week.
  19. Michael Dawson's still one of my favourite ever footballers. Gained more points for us than dozens of players who've actually played for us. Utter clown shoes.

    Alan Pardew

agree with most of this, I do, however, think we played well second half. Aye there was one moment midway through that suddenly lifted the crowd and it was like a black cloud lifting (literally and metaphorically!), from then on, we dominated proceedings, can't remember what it was, maybe Shola's stroll through their defence to go practically clean through.
