Had Liverpool's centre halves shitting themselves.
  2. Excellent response from the players, really good performance against the worst Liverpool side since the early 90's, arguably longer. Love how there were only two scousers on the pitch and both scored for us.
  3. Assume Pulis, Moyes, Hughes, Hodgson, Di Matteo and Bruce will all be sacked on Monday.
  4. Tim Krul, Danny Simpson, Jose Enrique, Sol Campbell, Steven Taylor, Joey Barton, Cheik Tiote, Kevin Nolan ©, Jonas Gutierrez, Shola Ameobi, Andy Carroll
  5. They took him off Liverpool duties because he was far too partisan. They don't put him next to the person watching them either because he just watches next door's screen.
  6. Sir Les saying he'd spoke to Hughton and they had told him that his contract would be sorted in December and that was what he believed. They really are total cunts.
  7. Yeah, but he was miserable here and wouldn't have done us any good. Certainly would have left after getting relegated.
  8. Remember people on here telling me what a great deal £6m was for N'Zogbia. He's the only thing keeping Wigan afloat.
  9. Well we wouldn't get in anybody of Barton's quality, for a start. I reckon we could find a midfielder who scores more goals than Joseph Is that the be-all and end-all of being a midfielder like?

Pardew has been willing us to lose since October so he could get his grubby hands on the job. How anyone can back him is beyond me. Hope he does ring Chris "Howton" up to ask for advice and is told to fuck right off.
  11. We're supposed to back everything to do with the club yet when some smily cunt goes behind our manager's back and helps force him out of his job to the detriment of the team, we're then supposed to welcome him with open arms? Fuck off man.
  12. And not rocking the boat and turning up with fixed grins is not going to make any difference either, just do whichever makes you feel better, blocking it out of your mind and acting like evrything's fine, happy clapping and backing the manager the players hate, or kicking off and making Pardew feel like Nick Clegg at a student rally. Same outcome, different route. So you're keen on relegation, then. You obviously are. I honestly don't believe you're quite as stupid as your posts to me make you appear. Says the man who backed Graeme Souness 100% all the way through his tenure. Backing Pardew will see us relegated.

Crumpy man I've posted on here for nearly ten years and in that time you've wanted every single manager sacked from the off. Just as long as you know you're on record as backing this mug when we go down.

Brazilianbob has posted plenty of times about how brilliant Ashley is.

It seems daft to criticize for hiring a bloke they met in a casino? When will some people take their tongue out of Ashley's hoop?

It was posted on here over a month ago that Pardew was arranging his contract behind Hughton's back by a poster who has been totally correct about the whole sorry saga. You are free to bury your head in the sand again and tell us all what a brilliant job the owner is doing but don't expect anyone to buy it.

    What if...

I think Chelsea will go down this season. Disagree? Did you not see the sunderland game?

    Alan Pardew

The deal for Pardew was being done at least a month before and I don't believe results had the slightest thing to do with it. Two games is not in any way acceptable grounds for ditching any manager imo, especially Hughton with a squad as thin as ours, several key players out and no money. I think Kevin Nolan was quoted in the summer as saying "we'll take some tonkings in the Premier League." I think he was sacked because he had grown in stature and decided wasn't prepared to be a yes-man (if he ever was, he is certainly painted as one from some quarters).

Souness was paid a fortune and given a massive transfer budget by Shepherd. How does that compare with what Hughton achieved on a very limited budget? And started off with a squad that had just finished 5th rather than a ragtag bunch of Premier League failures.

Howay Otter, a results industry it is and it doesn't matter a jot where you get the points. To even think of sacking a manager because he hasn't won a particular set of games is just ridiculous and the fact it's being peddled as a reasonable reason for the decision (not by you) is utterly moronic imo. I don't see Moyes getting the bullet for a few results they've had that they "should have won", or Ancelotti for losing against sunderland (and being on a far worse run of form than us, which coincides with the boss losing his number two, funny that isn't it?), or Bruce for losing at Wolves or Redknapp for losing at home to Wigan or Wenger or losing against us and WBA... the list could go on and on and on. If football was played on paper, nobody would bother going. If football was played on paper, we'd be lower in the table than we are today. We're newly promoted and the arrogance of thinking we "should" be beating anybody at all (apart from maybe Blackpool given the spanking we gave them last year, but they are doing really well too) disappoints me. We're 12th and for me that's where the discussion should begin and end. Mike Ashley and his team of liars will try to perpetuate over the next few months that Hughton was taking regular kickings off the dregs in the league but here's a FACT cos Mike Ashley likes these. We have not lost to any one of the bottom seven and we've beaten three of them. FACT.

    Alan Pardew

Only just heard the part of his interview saying how much respect he has for Chris Howton. He'll know his name perfectly well, fucking wanker.
  23. Away tickets are fair game, he gets nothing from it.
